Sharon Jasper has been victimized. Sharon Jasper has been rabidly wronged. She has become a Section 8 carcass–the victim of ever changing public housing policies.Sharon Jasper has spent 57 of her 58 years dedicated to one cause and one cause only, and has nothing to show for her dedicated servitude. 'They told me they were putting in scraped wood floors cause it was more expensive and elegant, but I am not a fool–that was just a way to make me take scratched up wood because I am black. The 60 inch HD TV? It may look nice but it is not a plasma. It's not a plasma because I'm black. Now they want me to pay a deposit and utilities on this dump.' 'Do you know why?'
She has held her tongue in silence through the years of abuse by the system, but it came to a head at the New Orleans City Council meeting where discussions were under way about the tearing down of the St. Bernard projects. When a near riotous exchange between groups opposing the tearing down of St. Bernard and groups wanting the dilapidated buildings torn down and newer ones built, Sharon unleashed verbal hell with her once silenced tongue. Recapping from the mental log of the city council minutes in her head, Sharon repines, 'Our families have been displaced all over the United States. They are being forced to commit crimes in cities they are unfamiliar with. It is a very uncomfortable situation for them. Bring them back, then let's talk about redevelopment.' Sharon directs the reporter's attention across the street to Duncan Plaza where homeless people are living in tents and states that, 'I might do better out there with one of these tents.' She further lamented her sentiments about her situation,' I might be poor, but I don't have to live poor.

This is the decline of Western Civilization as we know it. This is what's happening in Memphis and all around us as we put our heads in the sand and act like we don't know or see anything. This is the type of behavior that Thud promotes people. This is your "fearless leader" and your mouthpiece. This reject of society continues to bash Latroy Williams in a fashion that reminds me of elementary school bullies and whiney bitches that don't get their way. Thud is acting like a bully who has gotten caught and told to keep his hands to himself.

I don't know Mr. Williams, nor do I intend on supporting him. But I give the guy credit for filing the suits against Thud and standing up to the idiot. Most everyone knows that Thud doesn't have any real property or assets from which to seize when he loses ANOTHER lawsuit, but the principle of the issue at hand seems to be worthwhile to Mr. Williams, and I tip my hat to him.

Since the lawsuit, Thud brings out trash such as "Mr. Williams looked to pay me with 'oral favors' for paying me for my 'security services'." First of all, how in God's green earth is Thud allowed to be in the field of security (unarmed or not) being a convicted felon? PURE BULLSHIT. Second, I don't know Mr. Williams sexual preference but I would hope he had better taste than Thud. At least Duanna Johnson has more common sense than that, when turned Thud's advances down. NOW THAT'S SAD FOLKS!

What this boils down to people, is that Thud has been proverbally BITCH SLAPPED and the only thing he can do is call names and make up lies and bullshit.....TRUE TO FORM!

Apparently he spends time reading this blog and sends idiots like Medicare Insurance over here to spout her ignorance as well. Don't buy into this woman's bullshit people. Thud's bullshit factor keeps piling higher and higher as he makes himself a bigger and bigger target for law enforcement, prosecutors, investigators, and criminals alike.

He now sees that the State of Tennessee is investigating his necrophelia fetish as well as his posting of pictures of the Lester Street Victims. With this, he feels the need to go and defend himself to the masses by relaying more bullshit. We should not be surprised by this tactic. It is how Thud has survived for as long as he has. But now that his walls of freedom are collapsing, the BULLSHIT FACTOR IS REEKING! We should know by now that Thud .will sell his own children to save his own skin, so this behavior is not shocking.

News Channel 3 last night reported that there are at least 3 violations being investigated by The State Board Of Funeral Directors, against N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home including the pictures that I took of Lester Street victim Shindri Robinson.
As I stated at that time and still state the employees of the funeral home were fully aware that i was present and assisted me in taking the pictures. I was given the okay by Operations manager Edgar Miller who I spoke with over the phone telling me that the body had arrived from the City Morgue. I asked if I could come over and see the body and he gave the okay.
Prior to entering the morgue I visited in the lobby with Miller, Joe Ford, and John Ford. I was given the okay to enter the morgue ,and with camera in hand I entered the door which has never had an "Employees Only" sign. The morgue attendant showed me where the body was and removed the sheet, he also showed me where all the wounds were,and stood there as I took pictures. Also present was the hair dresser.
The statement by Joe Ford that I snuck into the funeral home is a lie. As a former employee of the funeral home and a person who is well known it would be impossible for me to sneak into the funeral home in broad day light. While I didn't ask permission to take pictures I would think if you give me the okay to enter the morgue with my camera in plain view that permission is being given, especially since that was not the first time I had taken pictures in their morgue where they were posted on this site.
I find it strange now that The State Board is concerned about the practices of N.J. Ford Funeral Home. In 1994 with the assistance of Charles Harrison of Orange Mound Funeral Home I submitted proof that Ford's overcharged for services, I provided proof of body snatching that had the assistance of the Homcide Division of MPD, I provided proof of a body being pulled out of a paid casket and resold because the body was going to the County Cemetery and the family was not being allowed to go. I also provided proof of how families who at the time were under the TENNCARE program Excess Med Plus were being targeted for rip off, but the state did nothing.

I apologize for the lack of content over the past 2 weeks, but Anti needed a vacation in the Bahamas, and I regret that I had to come back to this shithole and even more regrettable is the fact that Thud is still among us.

I see where Thud is now after Latroy Williams because he has filed a lawsuit against Thud. Not that Mr. Williams will get anything from this fat turd, but the principle is worthwhile.

Thud goes out and makes the comparison of Latroy Williams with that of a picture of an ape from "Planet of the Apes". I am going out on a limb here, but I am willing to bet that if anyone OTHER than a black man or woman was to make this comparison, all RACIAL HELL WOULD BREAK LOOSE. Why does the black race put up with this sort of behavior? It is the same thing if anyone OTHER than a black man or woman were to call this man a nigger.

This evening while sitting downtown in a local church where the NAACP was holding a political forum my cell phone started to vibrate letting me know that I was receiving a text message. I noticed that the text was coming from the centrex number that belongs to 201 Poplar.The number 545-3030 is the number that shows on any caller ID coming out of that building. I noticed that the text was a threat on my life. I was sitting with my close friend Randy Wade who is the Memphis Director for Congressman Steve Cohen. I received 4 text messages all with threats of murdering me,and letting me know that they knew where my mother lived. What I found interesting was the fact that the texter knew where my car that I no longer drive was located. One text that I did not post here on the site was to let me know that my home address was known.The threats started about an hour after I posted the story on Eric Dates and Thomas Motes,both police officers who have been arrested for DUI and who both refused "The Drunk Test" which means that for at least a year they will not be able to drive,which means now that this information has been exposed they most likely will lose their jobs.It is my belief that the police department had plans as in the case of Duanna Johnson to attempt to cover up this matter,especially since Dates is the son of mayor Willie Herenton's close friend Cliff Dates. Cover ups within the police department is not new. On Feb 12,2008 Officer Bridges McRae brutally attacked Duanna Johnson with handcuffs wrapped around his hands in plain view of a surveillance camera.McRae was placed on non-enforcement status the very next day taking a desk job at the Union Station Precinct. Only after the tape showing the beating was exposed did an investigation start. There is no way that it took this long for an investigation to get started ,when a hearing for McRae was set immediately after the tape was revealed. Further proof that the department was aware of what happened is the fact that McRae filed a complaint with The Internal Affairs Bureau against Sgt Wiley Taylor of the police department because Taylor who was present at the jail at the time of the beating did not assist him.While I take all threats seriously they will not prevent me from continuing to expose corruption in the Memphis Police Department. Neither will it stop me from using the various sources within the department to reveal those who have no business wearing the badge. My sources know that I will not reveal who they are,that's the reason some very close to Larry Godwin constantly feed me information about him and his cronies.There has been a concern in the last week as to whether or not it was me that got hold of the tape from the police department and turned it over to the lawyers of Duanna Johnson,but you know I will never answer that question one way or the other.In January I received death threats after my posting on the shooting death of Timothy Jones in North Memphis,and then again after my release of a police statement from the person police wanted to say killed a police officer. I called My Harrison of the FBI who in turn had agents contact me. Needless to say I have not heard back from them. Knowing that I can't take these threats to Larry Godwin or Bill Gibbons I called Congress Cohen tonight who states that he will make a personal request on my behalf with Harrison on tomorrow morning. I will be requesting that The U.S. Justice Department investigate the Memphis Police department.The posting of the threats from my cell phone is so that this city and those who view this site around the country will know just how corrupt this police department is,and that we have a mayor who is turning his head to the facts that stare him in the face. While I am taking special precautions at my mother's house. I will not bow to any threats from anyone including Godwins Goon Squad.And understand this I don't do any drugs so attempting to plant drugs on me or one of my cars will not work, I'm not depressed about anything so I won't be taking my life. And if the police decide to send someone at me, they best send them right because I won't give a second thought to taking their life even if it's the police. If I had a fear of death or what someone was going to do to me than I would not publish my views on this site or say the things I say on radio. Corruption must be fought and fought without the fear of what some one is going to say or do. For some reason Willie Herenton has a fear of Larry Godwin but I don't and will continue to expose the corruption of those who seek to violate the law and rights of citizens instead of enforcing the law and making sure no one's rights are violated.

First off, I am back from a much needed vacation OUT OF THE MID SOUTH.
I come back and see that the Bridges McRae incident has FINALLY hit. I know the tape looks extremely disturbing, but I will reserve judgement. I know from my experiences that sometimes a recording doesn't depict the TRUE and FULL circumstances surrounding something. If we take the tape at face value, then McRae needs to be terminated and charged on the State and Federal levels.
Now on to what Thud is putting out regarding his thread entitled "The police may lie...."

Question, where is there any indication that the police are lying about ANYTHING. The investigation isn't over, MPD, SCSO, and the FBI haven't released ANY details other than the tape being leaked. So, why is Thud eluding to that the police are lying. THE INVESTIGATION ISN'T OVER YET. It's the same old story of Thud's conspiracy theories about how the police are covering up something.

I have no doubt that McRae will wind up facing criminal charges and will be fired. The sad thing is that is is over a black transgendered prostitute who everyone knows is a worthless piece of garbage that Thud routinely stands up for. Truth be known, Thud is probably his biggest customer. (No pun intended)

Johnson stated today on my radio show that Bridges McRae while standing at the fingerprint desk yelled out "Faggot get over here" Johnson states she did not move because she was not called by her name. The tape clearly shows the officer going over to where she was sitting attempting to grab her while Johnson states he's calling her a He/She. It can be seen that the officer strikes her over and over again while having a pair of handcuffs wrapped around his hand. Johnson is also maced while other officers stand by and watch. The officers partner James Swain even holds the arm of Johnson so that McRae can get more blows in. When the entire tape is viewed a nurse can be seen very briefly looking at the back of Johnson's head but never seeking to aid her. But can be seen attending to McRae
Johnson feels as though the attack on her was due to her being an transgendered female which makes the act against her a Hate crime. The officer should also face criminal charges for the brutal beating with a deadly weapon. His statement that Johnson threaten him and told him that she was going to shot him in the head is totally stupid,where since she was in jail was she supposed to get a gun?

Dray Davis is about to turn himself into police for more aggravated assault allegations against him.
Davis is the former Beale Street Security Guard indicted for nearly beating a man to death last summer at one of the check points.
Davis is expected to turn himself in on these recent allegations tomorrow.

(Memphis 6/12/2008) This time it happened on the road. Dray Davis' attorney Javier Bailey says his client was driving on Jackson Avenue last night when he says he was the victim of road rage. According to him, Davis was forced into the curb. Two men got out of the other car. Davis, fearing for himself and the children in his car sped off striking the two men.
"I don't want to get into if his actions are justified but he had reason to be in fear and I think the police know that," said his attorney Javier Bailey.
They don't, not yet. Police are speaking with witnesses and victims now who we're told will be OK. Their next person to talk with will be Dray Davis who, on his own volition, is set to turn himself in.
"I've met with MPD this morning and the investigating officers. I've given them his side of the story and he intends to give a statement and let them take it from there."
MPD will determine whether to charge Davis.
Davis is the former Beale Street Security Guard facing aggravated assault charges for beating a man at one of the check points last summer. He then was caught by our camera resisting yet another arrest in the basement of the criminal justice center after a court appearance.
Two violent incidents already in his past and he plans to sit down with police to determine his future.
"I like this young man, he is my client and we've counseled him and so forth and he really isn't a bad guy. But until I find out what happened in this situation, I really can't tell you," said Bailey.

Can you believe this guy? And the former Security guy is a shitbag as well.

Hack is at it again. Apparently he thinks that the Memphis media believes him just because they give him an audience. He is CLUELESS that he is the laughing stock of the courts in Shelby and Crittenden Counties.

I tried to post this on Thud's site, but we all know that he will censor it. Being that it happened in Jackson TN, Thud won't employ his bullshit factor and thug tactics in causing a race war like he did with the Shannon Street shooting, the Frank Hannah shooting, the Erik Sammis shooting, the Jason Bartlett incident, the "Amp" Elmore incident and of course we all know about the ANDRE MUHAMMAD shooting that he "broke the story on" yet failed to follow up. All of these stories were elaborated on by Thud with detailed LIES and deceptive tactics that Thud was called out on in public. Of course, he never responded. The Thudshit list keeps expanding, and I found it interesting that this didn't make the top of the "I hate the po-po" list.

Channel 5 was reporting this and fatboy didn't go out of his way to condemn this WHITE female officer shooting of a BLACK male. No Al Sharpton, no Jesse Jackson, no Javier "Hack" Bailey, no trips to the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Oh yeah, it happened in Jackson. I guess the "extermination of black males by the police" trend, that Thud speaks of, only applies to Memphis.

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FINDS NO VIOLATION IN OFFICER'S SHOOTING.

JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - The Department of Justice has found there's no evidence a Jackson police officer violated a Madison County man's civil rights during a traffic stop in which the officer shot and killed him.
Officer Maris Hasz, who's been with the department five years, reported she shot 24-year-old Frazier Ellison when he grabbed her gun during an April 2007 traffic stop.
But an attorney for Ellison's family, which filed the complaint with the Justice Department, has said a passenger in the car and other witnesses maintain he was obeying the officer's order when he was shot.
On Tuesday, Jackson police were notified by letter the Justice Department concluded its review of investigations of the shooting and found "evidence does not establish a prosecutable violation of the federal criminal civil rights statutes."
With the decision, Hasz no longer has restrictions on her departmental duties and can return to patrolling.

Another Thud "flip-flop"

Well now isn't this just grand? I thought the FBI were "terrorists of the American people" when they went after Edmund Ford. But now that they have Tommy Turner and the MPD in their sights, they are doing the right thing heh Thud?

Thud didn't surprise anyone with his flip-flop attitude towards the FBI. He only hates them when they go after his friends.

With that being said, I hope the FBI clears this matter up for the benefit of the Memphis Police Association. If charges are warranted, then they need to be filed. There should be no "back door" justice or "closed door deals". If this case exposes high ranking people, then charge them as well. I WILL NOT stand behind people that I know IF THEY KNOWINGLY DID SOMETHING WRONG AND/OR ILLEGAL. That is the BIG difference between Thud and I. I may know these people, but if they deserve to go to jail, then I will be there to see them off. And for the record, this story isn't breaking news. Thud sure as hell didn't break it, and should give the credit for the story to someone OTHER than his LOST sources.

Sources state that on Friday morning the FBI raided the home of former Memphis Police Association President Tommy Turner. I am told that the Feds were looking for documentation that will aid in their investigation of where 100's of thousands of MPA's missing funds happens to be.It was found that there is no accountability for checks paid out,and also documents showing where funds belonging to certain checking and saving accounts cannot be found.
The MPA has no idea how much money the organization is suppose to have. It was found out that the organization was receiving credit card statements,but didn't know who has the credit cards.The group is looking at Turner and Secretary to the Treasurer Billy Roberts as the persons who should know where the MPA's money happens to be.
The MPA asked for an investigation from the State Comptroller where the organization's book will be audited. There is no doubt that thousands of dollars can not be accounted for,and that the books have been mishandled,and that there has been an abuse of credit cards. There could be criminal charges in the future of Larry Godwin's close friend. Also members found out that MPA credit cards have paid traffic tickets for political dignitaries.
Sources believe that Godwin and his former business partner in the fence building business,who also was the best man in his wedding are presently in business together again in an restaurant on Whitten Road. Source state that Turner is very nervous after having his home raided and that the sins of Turner could come back to haunt Godwin.

First of all, I read this and was wondering WHY on earth would Thud admit to being wrong about ANYTHING. Obviously SOMETHING happened and I would hate to speculate at this point. The bigger issue here is that Kriner Cash, a MCS Superintendant candidate actually had contact with Thud. Thud writes that he talked with Mr. Cash and that he was wrong in what he wrote about him in his blog.
Now, like I said before, I hate to speculate about WHY Thud has changed his opinion of Mr. Cash, but SOMETHING HAPPENED in that conversation. Apparently NOBODY has warned Mr. Cash of Thud and how unstable of a turd he is. I am willing to bet Thud offered SOMETHING to Mr. Cash and he accepted. And you only THOUGHT the MCS system could not get any worse. Mark my words here, whatever Thud's agenda, it will become apparent in the next several weeks.

On Sunday I wrote that Kriner Cash may not be the best person to lead Memphis City Schools because in Dade County Florida he is not the Super,and in his tenure as the Super in Martha Vineyard he only had 6 schools and 2300 students to supervise. But after receiving an email from his son concerning his record and after listening to him on Thursday night, I must say that I was mistaken.
In a personal conversation with Cash after his community question and answer session he stated to me that he will not allow the politics of this city to interfere with the education of children. He also stated that students who have made up their minds to misbehave and cause other children not to learn will not be in MCS. His presentation before the audience was vibrant and exciting and it is my prediction that Kriner Cash will be selected by the board to become the new Super.

Here we go again. Another "poor Thaddeus is getting threats" and a story to go along with it. Well, that's exactly what it is. A STORY. I suspect that this is another Thud spun lie to gain listeners and readers alike. Remember several months ago Thud had text messaged himself, took pictures of the text message, put it on his blog, and claimed that it was the Memphis PD sending him these messages? Then he went on to say that he made an official complaint to the FBI who were looking into the matter for him. (Yeah, the same FBI that he thinks are "terrorists".)

Well, what happened Thud? What happened to the complaint? What happened to the lawsuits? What happened to your IP tracking software you claimed you were putting in place?

Now, even if it were true that Joe Cooper was sending him threats to "Fuck him up." I doubt very seriously Joe Cooper is capable. Have you seen this guy? Not to much of a threat there fatboy. It's his "associates" you might need to be afraid of.

Bottom line: Thud put himself in this position by running that pie hole of his. I have seen the postings in his blog by readers that have warned him about this very thing. Everyone kept saying that he needed to watch himself with the MPD, WMPD, and SCSO. The fact is that these law enforcement agencies aren't going to harm Thud. (Unless of course he CAUSES them to)
It's the "non-law enforcement" people that Thud needs to be concerned with.

The infamous Joe Cooper the crying witness used by the FBI to attempt to set up former city councilman Edmund Ford sent me a message through Randle Catron Director of The Beale Street Development Corporation. In a conversation on yesterday while he was trying to get Catron to give him a $100 he stated his disgust for me and how he was going to try "To Fuck Me Up".
Since he told Catron who has no plans of giving him one dime that he didn't care if he told me what he said,Catron did just that. It seems that Cooper is upset over the reports that I wrote about him on this blog and my relationship with Ford.
I told Catron who like many have known Cooper for years that he should tell Cooper if he calls again that he does not wish to have any conversations with him. Joe Cooper became associated with Catron through his dealings on Beale Street. Cooper has had at least four failed businesses on the street over the years. Is it possible that Cooper is trying to set up Catron for John Elkington who has to know by now that the FBI is investigating Beale Street?
Catron who is in his 70's and a former song writer for Stax Records states that he has fought to hard over the years to survive on Beale to allow the likes of a Joe Cooper to even think that he would do anything illegal, because if he was after money he would have taken money years ago when Elkington and Former city councilman Ricky Peete were trying to get him off the street.
Since Cooper was able to set Peete up and send him to Federal prison,and since Cooper also has a relationship with John Elkington, Doesn't it seem possible that cooper may also have played a role in the missing millions from Beale Street? And since Cooper is hoping for a deal to cut his prison time,and Rickey Peete would love to cut some of his time, Should John Elkington be concerned about who may give him up first. ............As for Cooper's threats to me, he can kiss my ass.

Seeing as how I work for the city, I have every right to bitch about the leaders and politicians that go out of their way to SCREW us. They make no bones about passing the "no lube policies" down to the employees and it begins in the good Mayor's office.

It's well known that Willie Herenton wants to return to Memphis City Schools as the Superintendent. Would the mayor make a better leader of a failing school system or the leader of a city where it seems that poli-trick-ans fail the people that place them in office. But can Herenton leap over the problems of this system in a single bound and revamp problems into solutions?
Today I expect the city council to cut the MCS budget in half giving them between $44-$47 million dollars instead of the requested $93 million. Could Herenton take this reduction and with his super powers left the system to higher heights, or would the cuts in the budget be bullets that could not bounce off his chest and wound our super hero.
Willie Herenton is not a mild mannered Clark Kent whose in love with Lois Lane, but a self proposed hero whose real love is himself. But like Superman Herenton is tough which is what this system needs. Someone who can bend steel with his bare hands, whether its a thug named James Steel or a disruptive Mary Steel. Maybe with his x-ray vision Herenton could see through teachers who only want a check and not to educate. Maybe Herenton could solve some of the lingering security problems faster than a speeding locomotive and give comfort to parents who are concerned about their children's saftety daily.
But sad to say Super Willie has allowed his ego to be his kryptonite and will most likely not fly from city hall to the offices of MCS on Avery. Herenton should have followed the process and applied for the job like other applicants and just maybe Memphis City Schools and the citizens of the city could have seen "The Return Of Superman"

On Tuesday did the Shelby County Sheriff's Deparment over step there bounds when they arrested a 55 year old grandmother for disorderly conduct because she wanted her unruly 20 year old grandson to leave her home.
The woman Patrica Merriwether Hollis a local college professor was roughed up and placed in the back seat of a squad car while officers without a search warrant assisted the 20 year old in searching the house looking for his wallet. Sheriff's deputies also allowed the grandson to leave in the car of Ms. Hollis even though she showed them a clear title with her name solely on the document.
Ms. Hollis who is also a diabetic had an attack while in the squad car, officers at first refused to come to her aid , saying that nothing was wrong with her. Hollis states that officers used pressure point procedures to pick her up from her slumped over position on the back seat with hand cuffs on. When the officers decided to call for an ambulance when they opened the door Ms. Hollis fell out the car hitting the ground with her feet still in the car. Hollis was pulled out the car and left on the ground until paramedics arrived on the scene.
On Sunday I will post pictures of the bruises received by Hollis at the hands of Shelby County Deputies. The reason that officers arrested her is because she told officers that she would place the belongings of her grandson outside which she did, but the officers standing in her home told her that they had control of her house once they arrived on the scene. He did not agree with them especially since the grandson was OUTSIDE the house and not inside where she was., It would seem that there was nothing to control. On Sunday I will go more in depth with this story along with posting the pic of Hollis.
Hollis has spoken with IAB officer Oscar Harris and is preparing to file a lawsuit against the Shelby County Sheriff's Department. Ms. Hollis's car still has not been found her grandson Patrick Merriwether is a car salesman at Bill Heard Chevrolet, so why did he need to take his grandmother's 1994 Gold Honda Accord?

I read the latest from Thud's toilet bowl, and see that he is speculating that E.W. Moon may be a serious threat to Mayor Herenton in a Grand Jury investigation. First off, if that happens, it would be a great day in the hope for renewing Memphis. Herenton is a slime-ball, crooked mayor that deserves to go down hard. But, with Thud's habit of "bait and switch" I am making this posting as an assumption.
Thud will rant and rave about how Mayor Herenton deserves to be removed from office, cries about how his administration is a failure, how he abuses the systems, and how he furthers his agenda at the expense of Memphis citizens. I could go on for hours on end, but you get the point ESPECIALLY if you live in Memphis.
The FBI has stepped up an investigation into Herenton, and I expect that Thud will change sides immediately if they indict Herenton. Just a few days ago, Thud was calling the FBI "Terrorists of the American People" after the Edmund Ford verdict. Now it seems as if they are just plain FBI now? Hmmm....
The FBI utilized Joe Cooper as a witness against Ford, who the jury apparently did not believe. So how is this different when and if the FBI uses E.W. Moon as a witness against Herenton? It is a delicate balance of competent prosecutors and a COMPETENT AND NON-BIASED JURY POOL!
In the end, we should expect Thud to support Herenton in his fight "AGAINST THE FBI TERRORISTS", the criminal justice system, and "the evil white conspiracy."
And he says "Politrikans don't get no free pass from" him.

Sources state that developer E.W. Moon has been called to aear before a federal grand jury either this week or next week. Could this call be to find out what he has on Willie Herenton who has been question about his rivate land deal with the mayor. Moon paid the mayor $50,000 in a private land deal after landing $702,000 in no-bid city road design contracts.
The deal involved a one-third-acre lot where Herenton built a $236,000 two-story home. In 2005, Herenton sold the then-vacant lot in Banneker Estates for $50,000 to Moon. Months later, Moon quit-claimed the still-vacant property back to the mayor for just $10, according to deeds filed with Shelby County Register Tom Leatherwood's office. Herenton has since built the home on the lot.
Or could Moon's visit have to do with the FBI's investigation into the $300,000 in engineering contracts that he received and the numerous emails that were sent between him and MATA? Maybe it's about his involvement with John Elkiington and Lee's Landing a garage near Beale Street. I do know for a fact that several months ago the FBI made a visit to Beale Street. where they took and made copies of paerwork concerning the Historic District and the parking garage.

Although many of you may not have seen it due to it being posted prior to you finding out about Anti-Thad, I decided to post it again for all to see and comment about. (Oh we can expect some serious blow-back from the "Kool Aid Krusaders" but we wouldn't have it any other way.)

DISCLAIMER: I have no idea if this guy is for real, if he is a fraud, and/or how reputable he is, but he pretty much nailed it right on the head in my opinion.

His constant compulsiveness to buck authority while hiding behind his blog, his necrophelia sickness to do what he wants with dead bodies because they aren't capable of fighting him off, shows his compulsive behavior to dominate.

His only source of gratification is bucking authority in the form of his blog because he knows if he does so in person, he would draw unwanted "attention" from the police, which shows his true cowardice. That trait, more than likely, sickens him and his only way of dealing with it is to lash out at those he loathes. That being the police.

His responses to address certain issues he is obviously wrong about, only furthers his propensity to show dead bodies on his previous blog postings, verifies his necrophelia dementia amplified by his need to control.

Matthews' demeanor towards women, as displayed by comments, and his socially unacceptable behavior, confirms that he suffers from control issues. Such people are profiled as potential sexual predators/serial rapists by professional criminal profilers.

Diagnostically speaking, Matthews is an emotionally unstable individual in need of psychological assistance and should be considered a medium to high threat of violent behavior towards women and/or children with regard to criminal sexual behavior. Although Matthews may have not committed any criminal acts by acting on these compulsive disorders, he is a high probable candidate to do so in the immediate future."

Now, correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't Thud say that he had attended and broadcasted live from a "Girl's Club" dance in West Memphis last week?

If that is true, then the WMPD needs to take action against this predator. His Driver's License is suspended/revoked from the State of Tennessee, and the last time he was caught driving, the vehicle didn't have valid registration and no insurance. Surely that is cause to arrest, impound the vehicle, and made to post bond.

Where do we begin to day?

There is so much Thugshit, that I hardly know where to start. So lets begin with this one:

Although I can't argue the intention behind this, I question it's motives. I also question ANYTHING that Thud is behind or involved with because someone will, inevitably get screwed. This is what he wrote:

David Paige a former Memphis City School teacher who hosted a web page to inform the community how the system was failing students left the MCS system and now is teaching in West Memphis Arkansas. Paige has created a student monitoring program call "The Ticket Program" which informs parents if there child has behavior problems in school. Paige also rewards students with safe dance parties where no cussing music is allowed and is chaperoned by himself and parents.
Tonight I attended such a dance at the Girl's Club in West Memphis where before the dance a tribute was held for 12 year old DeAunta Farrow who was gunned down last June by West Memphis Police. Paige through his Creative Minds Corporation launched a scholarship program in honor of Farrow.

My contention here is that if this 12 year old hadn't pointed a toy gun at the police officer involved, then the police wouldn't have "gunned down" DeAunta Farrow. Then I ask what every responsible and sensible parent asks, "Where were the parents?" We can expect Thud to take a totally different approach and blame the police for the downfalls of others. But all in all, a scholarship, if properly used, is a good thing. Just maybe something like this will prevent kids, like the 11 year old who robbed the store in Collierville a few weeks ago with a toy gun, from becoming a statistic. That will then force Thud and crew to come up with another conspiracy theory on a totally different issue, saving a parent or parents the agony of him exploiting them.

Thud's next piece of Blogshit started with him ranting and raving about Joseph Lee, Mayor Herenton, and the FBI's investigation into Ford, Lee, and Herenton. Halfway through his tirade against the FBI, he states "Ford's not guilty verdict has some what messed up the FBI's plans, because now the community knows that these American terrorist will design crime where there is none,and destroy the lives of citizens to serve their own agenda's."

Now I outline that last sentence in bold lettering because I find it interesting that Thud makes this statement when he goes on the radio and posts in his blogs, his lies and deceit, DESIGNING A CRIME WHERE THERE IS NONE in an attempt to DESTROY THE LIVES OF CITIZENS TO SERVE THEIR OWN AGENDAS. This is something that "Hack" and Thud did, repeatedly, on the airwaves, in the papers, and on the news stations in the aftermath of the DeAunta Farrow incident. They continue to do so with regard to the Gwen Smith, Shannon Street and Dwayne Chatt incidents.

The latest Thudshit outlined a complaint at MLGW that got my attention by the title alone:

I was contacted by several female employees concerning Clint Richardson a manager at MLGW. who they stated had over 60 separate charges of sexual harassment filed against him. Under the Tennessee Open Records Act I pulled his personnel file and begin to investigate.I had not counted on the file being nearly 200 pages long.I have only had time to read about 50 pages, so this story will be written in segments. On Sunday I hope to have read at least another 50 pages and have more to report.If you click on to enlarge you will see that in 2005. there is a report that names 17 women who filed charges,and a letter that is addressed to former city council woman Carol Chumney in 2007 where she is investigating alleged harassment from 40 women.Also there is a email from Latonya Green in 2004 where she is complaining about having a limited time in the rest room and that during that "Time of the month" women need more time but Richardson wouldn't allow it. i will be during a detail story on Sunday after I read some more, but my question is could all these women be lying on this man,and if what the women say is true why is he still on the job?

What I find interesting here is the fact that there are, at last count, on the poll at the top of this very blog, 124 people that think that Thud is a racist, lowlife, cop hating, piece of garbage. So my question to everyone is:

Could 124 voting members of the Anti-Thad poll be wrong?

And last but not least, I noticed the picture of this assclown Hubert Bass, was not on Thud's site anymore, advertising him running for Sheriff in Crittenden County Arkansas. I checked with some sources and found out that Hubert Bass was defeated HORRIBLY in a primary election by the incumbent Sheriff. So I guess it stands to reason that Crittenden County still has some common sense in its electoral selections. So, again I must point out, that after Thud lucking out on his call that Edmund Ford would be acquitted, it is only 1 victory in over 2 years worth of bullshit that he attempted. Hubert Bass just adds another depressing number to Thud's loss record. I am also willing to bet that you won't hear a thing from Thud about this embarassment.

Now Thud and company are living it up and boasting about how they "beat the system" and got one up on authority. His recent posting with the above picture is kind of amusing. I thought the picture was a neat touch, and his blog, well....same Thud shit that we have all come to expect.

For All those who were so sure that Former City Councilman Edmund Ford would be convicted how do you feel now? Some of you didn't care about the facts of the case you just wanted to see this man convicted because the greatest terrorist of the American people. the FBI said he was guilty. And for those of you who think that your joy will come in the FBI"s case against Ford and Joseph Lee, you better stock up on crow because it's so weak that nothing that they present will stand. Plus there are some surprises that you will see here first that will show you just how hard it's going to be to get a conviction.

Now here is the problem with Thud's account: Thud says the upcoming case is weaker than the first. This is a tactic of Thud and company for some time now. He gets on his radio program and on his blogs and rants and raves, lies, deceives, and distorts the truth to gain the attention of his KoolAid cronies, gets them stirred up, and either minimizes the severity of the case to compromise any possible HONEST thinking jury member. Thud goes on to call the FBI the "Terrorist of the American People". Yet, who does Thud go crying, complaining, and buddying up to when it serves his demented purposes? So, I guess we can consider Thud a "Terrorist Sympathizer" and should be charged with "Treason".

The first case against Edmund Ford came back favorable because the jury flat out didn't believe Joe Cooper. That by no means makes Edmund Ford an innocent man. However, this is the justice system, (that I work for coincidentally) and I fully accept its ruling and congratulate Edmund Ford on his EARLY victory. There is another round coming at him. Let's see where the dice lie on that one.

I think we all know that if the roles were reversed, Thud and crew would be screaming how the justice system failed and would be promoting riots and civil suits with the likes of "Hack" being seen on every news station.

This is the first loss for prosecutors in the recent public corruption sting.
Not the first time prosecutors lose an opening battle.

Edmund Ford has another federal trial set for August. This involves Joseph Lee and charges Lee gave Ford preferential treatment at MLGW in return for his backing on the Memphis City Council. That trial is set for August 4.

As it stands, I am man enough to sit here and say that Thaddeus got this one right. But like one of the readers posted, and I have said all along...

Shall we go back in time and post EVERY prediction that Thud has EVER had go his way. This is one in 2 years worth of his shit that I can think went his way. But congratulations for now.

So, you have a victory over "the system" for now. You remember John "Teflon Don" Gotti took on the Feds and won 3 seperate times. And then the last time was his biggest downfall. He died in prison serving a life sentence.

This trial in August might be Edmund Ford's "Gotti". What then folks? Another government conspiracy? The "Whites" are setting up all the "Black Politicians"? Just because a man was trying to make a living (an illegal living) the "man" has to hold him down?

Just because the prosecutors didn't convince THIS jury, doesn't mean that they won't convince the next. It's a gamble, and sometimes that dice roll ain't gonna go your way.

Everytime I read Thud's postings, I am reminded of the NUMEROUS "flip flops" that our local and state politicians have undergone. We all know that Thud cannot keep up with the lies that he spews forth. Hell, he has been caught at so many, even I am at a loss as to what side he takes from time to time. But it seems VERY apparent that he cannot keep up with his own positions from day to day.

1.Thud attempted a recall of Herenton, but goes on to support him in the latest election. (and to make matters worse, he kept the money which are "donations" unaccountable to the IRS as income) That money was rumored to have been used to pay some child support rearages that kept Thud's rear out of jail...FOR THE TIME BEING. Herenton is a joke and Thud hated him at one time, and now.... Yeah Thud, we believe you! No Poltrikan gets a free pass from you.

2. Thud slams Janice Fullilove over numerous matters and calls her every name in the book, yet lets a HUGE controversial story of her DUI arrest/losing her license and then fraudulently re-obtaining it, go by without any effort "to expose all those politrikans who think they're above the law." Yeah Thud, we believe you! No Politrikan gets a free pass from you.

3. Thud posts numerous blogs about how bogus John Ford is and how he needs to be held accountable for all of his "deeds" yet when the FBI catches up with him, Thud rushes in to take a stand with John Ford against the government and the FBI. Thud predicted an acquittal in that case too. But we all know John Ford got convicted and did EVERYTHING in his power to stay out of jail INCLUDING getting Steve Cohen to get his prison location "re-assigned". And Thud goes on record as supporting this action. Yeah Thud, we believe you! No Politrikan gets a free pass from you.

4. Now Thud is obviously supporting Edmund Ford after he slammed him repeatedly in past blogs, calling for his accountability. Now that the FBI and the government has Edmund Ford bought and paid for, Thud comes rushing in to support him. Yeah Thud, we believe you! No Politrikan gets a free pass from you.

I thought that maybe it was because a white man was responsible for taking him down, but I think it is just Thud rebellion against ANYTHING that law enforcement represents, which is AUTHORITY that Thud cannot posses.

Thud's recent blog says that he predicts an acquittal or a hung jury in the case against Edmund Ford, and then boasts that either way it is good for the ex- city council member. However just this past Sunday, Thud was "predicting an acquittal" and nothing else.

First off, a hung jury isn't a cut and run verdict. The prosecution can, and most likely WILL, take the case before a different jury. Edmund Ford isn't out of the water yet. But I find it funny that Thud is boasting about predicting an acquittal on his blog, but once the jury goes out for deliberations (which is still the case as I write this) Thud starts putting in other outcomes. (IE: "OR a hung jury") I think Thud has opened his mouth and he knows that big fat foot of his will be placed there when the jury comes back, and he is trying to save some face. At any rate, whether Edmund Ford is acquitted or not, there will ALWAYS be a politician that Thud despises UNTIL he/she is the subject of law enforcement scrutiny, and you can bet the farm that Thud will be there to support them in their fight against "The Man."

Any way you look at it, Thud will ALWAYS stir the pot beyond what it needs to be, he will ALWAYS commit himself to civil unrest and try to convince others that it is a race issue. This man is disgusting people. The mere fact that he/she spends thier time copying and pasting Bible Chapters and insignificant ramblings is kind of pathetic, but kind of gratifying. This person is, in effect, causing more hits to this blog as well as showing more posts to this blog than Thud's. I cannot believe that Thud has the audacity to post ANYTHING about ANYONE being a "threat" to any woman. Thud has his share of domestic violence and battery charges against both spouses and his "friend girls" and has so many damn illegitimate children that he doesn't pay child support for, that HE SHOULD BE LISTED AS A THREAT TO WOMEN.

Myrna Ford who is known for her love for her husband and sons and for her belief in the power of prayer found out earlier this week that the Federal Government does not want a praying woman close to a court room especially if her husband is on trial.
Monday Myrna set outside the courtroom on a bench because as a witness she could not enter the courtroom prior to her turn on the witness stand. Dresses in a pink suit with watching shoes Ford set on the bench reading her bible. When Joe Cooper walked by she quoted a bible verse that says "No Weapon Formed Against Me Shall Prosper". When FBI agents and the Federal prosecutors walked by Myrna Ford holding the bible would recite the same scripture. While the wife of the man whose life hangs in the scales of justice was not loud or disrespectful she made sure that the scripture was heard.
On Tuesday morning when court resumed Federal Prosecutors called for a side bar with Judge Samuel Mays and Edmund Ford's attorney Michael Scholl. The prosecutors wanted Myrna Ford moved from view so that her prayers could not be heard. The prosecutors had seen the power of prayer when lawyers from another trial on the same floor where speaking with Myrna telling her that there was no way that there client who was on trial was going to go free,and that there was no way that they were going to win. Ford immediately had prayer with the lawyers, who were proud to let her know the next day that they had won there case and that there client was going free,
Myrna Ford was kept the rest of the week in the library on the floor just steps away the courtroom. But what better place to continue to read her bible than in the library. On Thursday evening after Joe Cooper admitted that he had never spoke with Edmund Ford about a bribe,and that his conversations about the billboard project and the money given Ford where separate,plus the statement that "Lying is the way business is done in America" FBI agents frustrated wanted to move Myrna Ford out of the library into a very closet like room,but staff of the library intervened and told the agents to leave her along she was not bothering anyone.
The Feds who prior to the trial had offered Edmund Ford probation if he would accept a guilty plea know that they have no case against the former City Councilman. The tapes plainly show Ford receiving money for car payments and money paid by Cooper as part of a finance deal for Ford to buy the property where his business resides. The statements that Cooper made on the stand also show that Cooper never tried to connect the money to the project,thus based on Cooper's testimony a bribe did not happen........Myrna Ford returns to the stand Monday morning,

How can ANYONE associate themselves with any of the Ford family and demand respect? That's right "demand" because no sane minded Memphian is going to freely give respect to Thud ESPECIALLY when it involves supporting a member of the Ford family. This is proof of how far out Thaddeus Matthews is, compared to where he believes he needs to be.

I found that quote from Biblical Scripture that Myrna Ford expresses extremely interesting for several reasons.
1. Isn't it funny how EVERYBODY gets religious when their asses are in a sling, and not a second before?
2. Isn't it funny that Thud used that Scripture to further his opinions AGAINST the FBI and other authorities in support of a criminal?

If this Scripture is to be believed, then it must really work in favor of anyone that Thud is against. Because as I see it, Thud and company have YET to win an unjust battle. What does that tell you folks?

The statement made about how "Lying is the way business is done in America." is surely the way that Thud and his crew live. It is certainly the motto for which they pride themselves on. Unfortunately, Thud and crew can successfully screw up a wet dream, therefore, elaborate lies that they attempt only wind up blowing up in their faces.

This is what Thud's supporters get in large portions. This is why they are the way they are. This is why they act the way they do. This is why they speak and write the way they do. They fall for Thud's bullshit and end up on the wrong side of the fence supporting people like the Ford Family and buying into the numerous conspiracy theories that Thud poses.

Now that the contract between Granada Entertainment the producers of "The First 48 Hours" and the City of Memphis will not be renewed the homicide detectives who had become national stars will now have to solve crime without a film crew following them and just bask in the glory of going their job.
Sources state that Caroline Mason is having a hard time adjusting in fact just this week Mason who is known to keep 8x10's in her desk drawer to autograph was removed from the Homicide Division and reassigned to the Missing Person's Bureau.

I sit here and think to myself what is Thud trying to do here. Is he trying to make everyone believe that Caroline Mason had something to do with the recent decision to pull the plug on the contract with "The First 48", or is he just kicking dirt up and trying to make everyone believe that she is in some kind of trouble. Whatever he is trying to do is absolutely pathetic and in true Thud fashion, way off base.

Members of the MPD get re-assigned, moved, and shuffled around the department all the time. Caroline Mason isn't in trouble, isn't facing disciplinary action, and/ getting demoted, fired, or suspended. She is getting re-assigned to another division, plain and simple. It's a matter of administrative decisions for manning.

This idiot posts her picture and a pathetic rant about how she is getting re-assigned as if it were important. The problem here is NOBODY CARES. It's not newsworthy. It's not something out of the ordinary. Apparently, Thud thinks he can snow people into believing that there is something there that isn't.

WHERE IS THE STORY FOLKS?

Is there a major announcement or "story" everytime a patrol officer gets moved from shift to shift or changes precincts? Is there a big story when someone leaves OCU and goes back to patrol? So I ask again, WHERE'S THE STORY THUD?

I am betting that Thud will not respond due to our "sources" that Ofc. Muhammad is friends with Thud. If you have forgotten about this or don't know what it's about, several months ago, Thud declared through his routine bullshit posting that he "broke" the story of a Memphis Police Officer who shot an un-armed juvenile and had no further details, and left it for people to post responses to it. With everything else that was going on, Thud wanted to incite a public outcry feeling that it would be a white officer who shot a black juvenile. Something that Thud had been doing since the WMPD fiasco last year. Here is his posting from March 3rd, 2008.
On yesterday afternoon at the Raleigh Quik Stop #2 on Ridgemont a fist fight between alleged gang members broke out and then turned to gunfire. Witnesses state that and argument broke out between males in a black Jeep Cherokee and a gray Lincoln. It's believe this incident is a carry over between several gangs. Several of the men were wearing orange bandannas which represent gang colors.
Witnesses at the scene saw one of the males involved in the fight go to the car and pull out a gun. Witnesses also state that at least 10-15 shots were fired. The manager of the store flagged down a lone police officer after the two cars took off from the scene. The officer caught up with the Lincoln down the street where one of the men was shot.
A Memphis Police Officer sent me an email stating that when the officer fired the shot that he was not compliant with state laws and that the MPD will cover up the true facts of the shooting. here is the email that was sent. The email address has been removed to protect the officer's ID.
I'm sure you are aware of the officer involved shooting at Ridgemont and New Allen. What the Police dept isn't telling you is that the officer was not compliant with State Laws and Department regulations in firing his shot. First, the suspect that was shot was not armed at the time of the shooting and as witnesses on scene stated the suspect actually had his arms in the air, holding nothing, when he was shot.
The Officer involved admitted to detectives on scene that he had his weapon in one hand and was attempting to cut off the sirens to his squad car with his other hand when he accidentally fired the shot. Second, on the way to the scene of the shooting, I and all other officers, can clearly hear the officer asking the suspect "..what were you reaching for then?" while he was keyed up on the radio. It turns out the suspect was reaching for a cell phone. Obviously, this was recorded and is at 201 Poplar. Also, all the weapons recovered on scene were on the ground on the passenger side of the vehicle; however, the suspect was shot on the drivers side. Nowhere near a weapon.
Third, officers are trained that if they see a threat to "engage" it and to keep firing until the threat is neutralized. At the range we are trained to shoot three rounds in three seconds. This is because we are trained that if we are authorized to use deadly force that we are to fire until the suspect is down and no longer a threat. Also we are trained to shoot center mass, in the chest. The one stray shoot into the suspects leg can be further proof that the shot was accidental and that the officer was not authorized to shoot. I am sure that the department is covering this up, but everything I told you is recorded and is public information.
When it was determined that the officer involved was Andre Muhammad, one of Thud's friends, Thud refused to follow up on this BREAKING STORY. What else he didn't tell you was that Andre was the MPD Officer who disgracefully interjected himself as an "expert witness" and Use of Force expert that stood side by side when Al Sharpton ran his mouth about the Farrow shooting in West Memphis. There are numerous Memphis Police Officers who are outraged by this. And then this "expert witness" MPD Officer goes and shoots an unarmed juvenile because of negligence and fear. Yeah, a good kick in the balls to Thud on that one.

Thaddeus Matthews has posted so many different viewpoints and opinions, that he himself has lost track of which side he wants to support. He posted this on his blog back when Kathryn Bowers was sentenced for taking bribes in the Tennessee Waltz. I outlined in red an interesting part that Thud now is backtracking on. I am not talking about how he tried to say that there is a different justice system for blacks and whites. That is a totally different issue. I am talking about how he NOW supports Edmund Ford who is on trial FOR ACCEPTING BRIBE MONEY AS A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER, but in this post he says that "If (both) public servants violate the same laws, then both public servants should equally go to jail."

Which side do you support Thud?

Ward Crutchfield 79, is old,sick and white and is convicted of violating the public's trust through his role in the Tennessee Waltz. Kathryn Bowers 64, is old,sick,and violated the public's trust, but Ward was sentenced to probation and home arrest while Bowers goes to prison for 16 months.
Both of these elected official accepted bribe money both violated there oaths of office but the Federal judge sees fit to send the White man home while sending the Black woman to jail. It still appears that in America that there is a justice for Whites and a form of "JUST US" for Blacks.

Now seeing as how I know there will be some that get on here and comment about the two different justice systems for whites and blacks, just because Thud said so, I will point out this posting from Thud when Congressman Steve Cohen intervened with the placement of a VERY convicted John Ford, effectively moving him closer to home. Again, what I outlined in red is interesting.

Thanks to Congressman Steve Cohen John Ford will not have to spend the next 5 years 1200 miles away from his family and friends. John and his girlfriend Connie Matthews asked the Congressman to intervene with the decision of the Bureau of Prisons who had made the decision to send the former state senator to a Federal prison camp in La Tuna Texas. Now Ford will reside only 480 miles away in a prison in Louisiana.
There will be those who will be angry that John will not be sent 1200 miles away,but why? John Ford no matter what his role in the Tennessee Waltz was a value asset to Shelby County bringing millions into the area over the years for various developments. John's influence went far beyond his senate district ,and many other state officials often went to Ford for help in their districts. So what else could you want, John is going to jail.
Cohen must be commended for taking a compassionate move that many will not think is politically correct,but it was the right thing to do. John's greatest love is his children and with him being closer he has a chance of playing a better role in their lives. John Ford will soon be off to pay his debt to society and if that is all that the law requires why should anyone else want more hardship and sorrow to come his way?

First off, let me say that Thud himself said that "If both public servants violate the same laws, then both public servants should equally go to jail." If that is Thud's opinion, then how is Steve Cohen intervening in the prison assignment process "EQUALLY GOING TO JAIL." No common man would have gotten this treatment. With that, Thud goes on to say that it was "the right thing to do."

Yes, this is an old issue, but the current issue is that Edmund Ford is on trial for the same crimes of public corruption for accepting bribes. He has violated the same laws and should EQUALLY go to jail...right Thud?

And let's look at the rather "controversial" situation that Janice Fullilove got herself in with the Mississippi authorities with regard to her accident. She didn't get arrested for DUI in that accident, yet Thud "claims" she admitted to having some wine prior to the accident. So what happened to "equal justice" there? Sounds like at least 2 black POLITRICKANS got some preferential treatment.

But oh no.....Thud reverses himself and goes on to SUPPORT ANOTHER FORD FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS A CRIMINAL, AND A DISGRACE TO POLITICS AND PUBLIC SERVICE.

Every decent living, law abiding Memphian (and that number is dwindling rapidly) knows that damn near EVERY member of the Ford family who has ANYTHING to do with politics is crooked, dirty, rotten, and self serving. And to think that Thud boasts about "No Poli Trickin gets a free pass from me!" is yet again, worthy of the title "Bullshit"
Maybe Thud can go on The Bullshit Factor and again show the rest of the country how truly ignorant he is by proclaiming his support of Edmund Ford and how "weak" the case is. Here is this latest pathetic crap that appeared on Thud's blog. I guess it is a set-up by the government huh Thud?

Knowing that the case against Edmund Ford Sr was weak and that their star witness Joe Cooper has no credibility the Feds offered Ford a plea bargain that would have given the former City Councilman his freedom with probation. But Ford refused stating that he has done nothing wrong and wanted his day in court.
Joe Cooper who stated on Tuesday evening that he was involved in wrong doings at the time that the Tennessee Waltz was taking place can not be taken seriously by a jury. The DEA states that Cooper was furnishing drug dealers with cars in the name of William Thomas a local attorney and developer. In fact it's Thomas that Cooper was suppose to be working for when the alleged bribes took place.
The DEA also states that Cooper was laundering money and looking for "Mules" to deliver drugs from memphis to Mexico. So who was Cooper working for? William Thomas is a millionaire with a plane and storage buildings,hmmmm.
The question must also be asked why would a rich developer and attorney have drug dealers car registered in his name and his address. The question must also be asked what role did Bud Davis Cadillac play in cooper criminal acts. For the cars to hit the street paper work had to signed in the finance department which means that Thomas had to show up and sign for the cars. If Thomas states that he does not know anything about the cars being registered in his name and the registration going to his office on Sanderlin,that means that someone at the dealership had to be in partnership with Cooper.
Joe Cooper getting caught tells the feds that he can deliver a Ford so their mouths water. But what you have here is a man who has never told the truth in his life, has been known to be a bag man for Billboard King Bill Tanner,and a bag man for other poli-trick-ans trying to save his life. You will find out in the next few days exactly why Ford took money from Cooper. Knowing that the Feds read this site I will let that come out in court.
In reading the CA I noticed this paragraph: Defense attorney Michael Scholl painted his client as a hardworking funeral home operator hounded by Cooper, “an evil, lying criminal.” trying to save his own skin..
When Scholl tried to get DEA agent Raymond Keith Brown to tell jurors that Ford had nothing to do with the drug investigation, the DEA agent replied that drugs were found in Ford’s home when he was arrested in November 2006. An obviously surprised Scholl then asked for a sidebar conference with prosecutors and U.S. Dist. Court Judge Samuel H. Mays Jr.
Moments later, Mays told jurors to disregard any mention of drugs allegedly found in Ford’s home and reminded them that he is not accused of any drug crime.
Why did the judge tell the jurors to disregard any mention of drugs? Not only is Ford not on trial for drugs, but the two half smoked joints that agents claim to have found at the Ford home could not be connected to Edmund Ford Sr,and Ford denies that the joints were even in his home. Was this an attempt to tie Ford to the drug connected Joe Cooper? If this case depends on the testimony of Joe Cooper the Feds might as well get ready to place a check in the loser's column. What juror in their right mind would believe anything that he has to say?

Tonight I will appear on the national news program "The O'Reilly Factor" hosted by Bill O'Reilly. I will be discussing the rape dance video that was placed on YOUTUBE of students from Mitchell High School showing just how gross they can behave. Tune in at 7pm and 10pm on your cable station.

We all know how Thud likes to talk and loves to brag about certain things that never seem to materialize. Could this be one of them? Hopefully Bill O'Reilly has more sense than to entertain this idiot.

It's funny how all of Thud's supporters call Bill O'Reilly, Mike Fleming, Rush Limbaugh, and Andrew Clarksenior a racist, yet Thud goes on and says he is going to be a guest of his show.

Someone posted a comment under this thread on Thud's blog that he/she sent Fox an email about Thud. Hopefully, the powers to be at Fox News are wise to his bullshit, otherwise Memphis will never recover and will always be remembered by the nation who watches O'Reilly, as another racially divided city with idiots as mouthpieces. In addition to getting himself arrested for Disorderly Conduct at a organized protest, the good old "Rev" seems to be in another jam. We all know that if we manipulated a few hundred on our taxes, or if we committed some other violation of the IRS Code, we would be in some SERIOUS trouble, go through an exhausting audit, and end up having to repay thousands in penalties and back taxes.
So how does being the most outspoken (I would use the term "loud mouthed" but that's just me) Civil Rights Activist get you a "free pass" with the IRS and FBI? Was it because he ran for President at one time? Could you imagine THAT Presidential Cabinet?

What Thud won't tell you is that his "special guest" on KWAM a few months back, (coincidentally that didn't show up, yeah, big surprise there) is under 2 Federal investigations that are being conducted by the IRS as well as the FBI.
Now, from the outside looking in, I can see that if the good "Rev" is indicted for any one of the multitude of violations he is being investigated for, Thud and a HUGE support group will cry that the Government is setting him up, and it's "RACIAL".

BOTTOM LINE HERE FOLKS.....Black or White...The IRS DOES NOT CARE.
ANYONE with common sense knows this.

NEW YORK - Big corporations give him money. Presidential candidates seek his endorsement. He has influential friends in Congress and the governor's mansion. The Rev. Al Sharpton has emerged over the past decade as perhaps the nation's most prominent civil rights leader, a status that was demonstrated again this week when he led protests against police brutality that briefly shut down six of Manhattan's major bridges and tunnels.
But he still carries baggage from his early days as a fire-breathing agitator: Government records obtained by The Associated Press indicate that Sharpton and his business entities owe nearly $1.5 million in overdue taxes and associated penalties.
Now the U.S. attorney is investigating his nonprofit group, a probe that an undeterred Sharpton brushes off as the kind of annoyance that civil rights figures have come to expect from the government.
"Whatever retaliation they do on me, we never stop," he told the AP. "I think that that is why they try to intimidate us."
Over the past year, Sharpton's lawyers and the staff of his nonprofit group, the National Action Network, have been negotiating with the federal government over the size of his debt, which they dispute. The group has also been trying to pay off tens of thousands of dollars it owes for failing to properly maintain workers compensation and unemployment insurance.
Charlie King, the organization's interim executive director, said both Sharpton and the group he leads were unprepared for their rise in stature in recent years and had trouble dealing with big jumps in donations and income.
"The infrastructure was trying to keep up with that pace, and it was not a perfect fit," he told the AP on Friday. "The National Action Network may not have been perfect, but nothing was going on that was untoward."
He said the organization has new accountants and a new administrative team, and the group recently finally filed long-overdue tax returns.
Sharpton's own debts include $365,558 owed in New York City income tax and $931,397 in unpaid federal income tax, according to a lien filed by the Internal Revenue Service last spring. His for-profit company, Rev. Al Communications, owes the state another $175,962 in delinquent taxes.
As for Sharpton's personal tax debt, King said Sharpton has started paying it off but contends that faulty record-keeping by the National Action Network led the government to overestimate his tax liability.
Tax headaches are nothing new for Sharpton. The 53-year-old minister has been assailed over his career for running up big tax debts and failing to abide by rules governing his charities and election committees. He is perpetually being sued for failing to pay his bills.
In December, Sharpton revealed that as many as 10 of his associates had received grand jury subpoenas. A person familiar with the investigation told the AP that the FBI and IRS are probing whether Sharpton or his organization committed tax crimes or violations related to his 2004 presidential campaign, during which he was forced to return public matching funds for breaking fundraising rules.
If any of this worries Sharpton, you'd never know it. He is pressing ahead with his latest campaign — an effort to persuade the Justice Department to bring civil rights charges against New York City police detectives who fired 50 shots and killed an unarmed groom as he left his bachelor party.
Over the past few weeks, Sharpton has kept a high profile, promising to lead weekly demonstrations until new charges are brought against police detectives acquitted of manslaughter April 25 in the November 2006 death of Sean Bell.
"He is as focused as ever," said Rep. Gregory W. Meeks, a Queens Democrat who has also rallied for police reforms since the Bell case. "He is probably more effective now than he was in the past, than he has ever been."
Sharpton was arrested and spent a few hours in jail Wednesday for being among the marchers who blocked the Brooklyn Bridge to protest the verdict.
On Thursday, Sharpton said he may soon add another cause — the case of three shooting suspects who appeared to have been beaten and kicked by police during an arrest in Philadelphia.
Sharpton has been investigated before, and always walked away clean.
In 1990, he was acquitted of tax fraud and charges that he stole from one of his charities. He followed that up with what was essentially another victory in a tax case by pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of failing to file a state return.
In the latest probe, the official overseeing the investigation is U.S. Attorney Benton Campbell — the same Brooklyn-based prosecutor whom Sharpton is urging to file criminal charges in the Bell shooting. Campbell's office has said it is reviewing the case but declined to comment further.
Sharpton's reputation has undergone a remarkable renaissance since the Tawana Brawley days in 1987, when he was accused of helping create a hoax in which the 15-year-old girl claimed she had been kidnapped and raped by a gang of whites that included a police officer and a prosecutor. A grand jury concluded that Brawley made the story up.

Since the late 1990s, his civil rights group has grown from a small outfit, with a few hundred thousand dollars in annual revenue, to an organization that now routinely takes in $1 million to $2 million per year, thanks partly to corporate support.
Donors have included beer giant Anheuser-Busch, which gave more than $100,000 last year, and Forest City Ratner, a real estate development company that courted black leaders for support of a plan to build an NBA arena in Brooklyn. PepsiCo, for several years, gave Sharpton a compensated position on one of its advisory boards.
The group also enjoys financial support from the state's top politicians.
New York Gov. David Paterson has transferred at least $28,000 from his own re-election committee to the National Action Network since 2001. Rep. Charles Rangel, a top Democrat in Congress, has been another major backer, giving at least $83,000. New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has given $10,000.
"Everybody who runs for office in the Democratic Party wants to meet with him," said former Mayor Ed Koch, who once battled Sharpton but now calls him a friend and a "bona fide leader."
Koch said Sharpton's past will always be an issue with some whites, and he disagreed with the decision to engage in civil disobedience over the Bell case. But the former mayor believes the respect Sharpton enjoys among blacks is well earned.
"He is willing to go to jail for them," Koch said. "And he is there when they need him."

Unfortunately, this isn't a felony or otherwise high class misdemeanor that would get him locked up for any extended period of time. That means we will undoubtedly hear about this for several months. I'm getting choked up as I type.

Coming Tonight: Pictures Of Janis Fullilove's Car
I have received numerous calls and emails concerning the automobile accident involving Janis Fullilove and a child in Tunica Ms. Some stated that had Janis been white I would have the pictures by now. I have not dealt with the story because I was trying to find out where the car was located. I now have pictures of the car and will post them tonight,and you will be able by viewing the pictures to tell exactly what happened.I have spoken with janis several times since the accident,and have advised her to go public herself with what she knows happened at the time of the accident to broke the media bumps that are coming. I will also tell you what my Mississippi sources are saying concerning whether if any charges are coming forth. I will also state what Janis says as to whether she was drinking or not. But no poli-trick-an gets a pass because of their skin color whether I know them personally or not.

This must be a slow week for Thud's conspiracies. No pictures of dead people on slabs, no more input on the adventures of "Hack", no more poor black men beaten or arrested by crooked MPD, SCSO, WMPD, or other "racist" law enforcement agencies. Oh my. Anti-Thad has uncovered the identity of the male prostitute that Thud was caught with just the other day at his home by Sheniqua Lavercious Dequairius Shitheed, who is Thud's baby mama # 8. When Sheniqua found Lemonjello Flequarius inside Thud's house, it is reported that he was placing Skittles in Thud's *******. Now I thought this was a little odd myself, but apparently Lemonjello found Thud's name on a private personals page and the magic had begun.

Now to Thud's defense, Lemonjello "kind of" looks like a girl...in a sick German Shephard kind of way. But we all have Freedom of Choice, and Thud has made his.

Now, onto more important issues...Thud has apparently gotten snowed into believing Herenton in his plan for the Memphis City School District.

WTF people. Did Thud drink some of his own KoolAid? Herenton is a damn joke and is dragging this MCS issue around because he got looked over as MCS Super. This is a damn ploy to hold the City and the School District hostage until he gets his way. Thud just happens to buy into this bullshit. But then again, why should we be surprised.

Of course we all knew that Thud would drop the WMPD/Dwayne Chatt issue just like he has dropped other issues that he was flat out proven wrong about. So what does he do....well here ya go folks....

Looking at the budget of Memphis City Schools,Plus the fact that in 2007 with 113,000 children in the system there were 133,000 misconduct incidents, more than 20,00 incidents categorized as violent,more than 1,300 incidents categorized as assault and battery,14,000 suspensions,and 50 arrests.,I must agree with Willie Herenton that it is time for a total revampng of Memphis City Schools.
As I sat in the Council chambers yesterday listening to the mayor make his presentation I like councilman Myron Lowery must admit that it was the best speech that I've heard Willie Herenton make in years. Herenton who made it known that he is no longer a candidate to lead the system showed why he would make a better superintendent than mayor. It seemed as though his real task should be to revive a dying and decaying educational system. Politically think what you will or may about Willie Herenton but his points on yesterday were right on target.
The mayor was correct when he stated "So goes Memphis City Schools so goes the City of Memphis" If we are to eliminate some of the problems of this city than we must have an educational system that works.
Herenton's plan to turn around the system was broken into three parts, To improve the teaching and learning, to make schools more efficient, and to make schools safe. The mayor wants to include The new Memphis Police department Real time Crime Center which is located across from Juvenile Court to target school trouble spots the state of the art equipment has the ability to use technology to monitor schools and their surroundings, identify people who are threats to school safety so that they can be arrested.
I totally agree with Herenton that corporal punishment needs to be restored for grades K-8. Herenton stated "If we do not teach discipline in the lower grades, it is hopeless in high school". The mayor also spoke of the need to assess the 15 alternative schools for students who cannot function in a traditional school environment. there are serious questions as to whether these schools are working,. the mayor stated that the system needs to end the revolving door for these students and must develop compelling programs for the sad reality of 5 and 6 year olds attending alternative schools.
Herenton also spoke of the to make the district more efficient and to right size its management structure. the number of employees at the district has increased dramatically over the past 15 years while the stundent population has only grown slightly. Herenton states that the organizational stucture of the district is top heavy and threatens to collapse under its own weight. He goes on to say that there needs to be a complete overhaul of the central office because it has become a drag on the entire system.
The former head of MCS says that "We need to declare every administrative position in the central office vacant,then review whether the jobs are needed,and if they are we need to require every one to reapply" he states that we need a decentralized organization with 4 administrative districts, each headed by an academic focused superintendent qualified to drive improved student performance. Each district would be the umbrella for 40 schools with about 27,000 students. Plus there would be community advisory boards for each district and local school decision making councils for each school.
The mayor stated that the city and county governments should enter into an agreement that modifies the onerous requirements of the ADA law that is driving up the county debt to almost $2 billion and the county tax along with it. It has been 5 years since the comprehensive management and Performance Review was completed listing strategies to save $114 million over 5 years. The mayor stated that we are throwing money away to operate schools whose capacity is not even 60%,and every dollar spent on an inefficient school is a dollar taken out of the classroom.
The mayor spoke of the need to improve teaching and learning by hiring quality teachers and letting them teach by reducing paperwork every minute spent by a teacher on unnecessary paperwork is a minute that can't be spent on teaching. Herenton spoke of the need to revamp adult basic education and vocational training programs, "Every Child,Every Day,College Bound" is a catchy phrase so says the mayor but nonetheless unrealistic. he states that we must beef up education for students who are not interested in going to college. There are plently of skilled,well paying jobs in Memphis that go lacking because there are not enough people trained in those vocations.
It is my position after listening to the mayor that he does in fact have a better slant on the needs of MCS then perhaps on the City of Memphis and that what he stated on yesterday that Memphis needs a "Lean On Me" leader for the the system is correct. Maybe he should be our Joe Clark.

Although I can agree, in part, with Thud on certain aspects of this, I think in all fairness, we need to see WHAT charges are warranted, if any, or if this is another one of Thud's misleading theories. I tend to think that this another Thud/"Hack" Bailey theory that is going to end up a disaster in more ways than one.

IF charges are filed against Henry Hodges and the complaint is valid, the it is going to wind up a disaster for ANYONE who has aligned themselves with the services of "Hack" Bailey. They might have had a chance at a judgement or settlement, but with "Hack" at the helm, that chance is pretty much nill.

Amazing how the family didn't care about the victim in this case until AFTER Bailey/Thud's involvement. How do you think that conversation went?

Now normally, I would take the exact opposite side of ANYTHING that Thud or "Hack" was on just because, well....it's Thud and "Hack". They have a proven track record of bullshit, so one would have to make an intelligent decision to align with the other side. I cannot do that with the possibility that he is indeed responsible for the alleged acts. I would be no better than Thud taking up for killers, thieves, rapists, dope heads, or other undesireables.

Well perhaps the same managers and supervisors that allowed him to stay around children even though a 2004 a memo stated that he should not be around female minors in the custody of the court.While Hodges whose a member of Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C and sits on the board of a youth committee while his wife Karen Hodges serves as an evangelist is praying and appealing to get his job back let me drop some more news on him. The U.S. Justice Department has been asked to do a full scale investigation into how many other minor girls were sexually mishandled while under the watch of Hodges while in custody at Juvenile CourtSources state that the Justice Department even prior to being asked by Attorney Javier Bailey whose suing Shelby County and the court on behalf of Jazzmine Coleman who was assisted in a runaway by Hodges and then forced by him to perform vaginal and oral sex, had made plans after hearing of this case to investigate the court.Bailey has sent letters to District Attorney Bill Gibbons asking him to look into the matter along with letters to State Legislators who provide a portion of funding to the court. It is Baily belief that Juvenile Court has provided a private harem for Hodges and perhaps others. Bailey will be seeking to bring criminal charges against Hodges and to seek the termination of the managers and supervisors who knew as early as 2004 of the acts of perversion that Hodges was capable of. Thud is on a witch hunt yet again. A witch hunt where lines are drawn and if you aren't specifically on Thud's side, you are the topic of his racist rants and scorn. Herman Coleman is a black West Memphis City Council member who sided with Thud and the other black city council members over the Deaunta Farrow shooting. We all know how that turned out for them. Now that Herman Coleman is the presiding Police Chairman on the WM City Council, he decides NOT to call a Police Commission meeting in favor of allowing an investigation to be fairly conducted into the Chatt incident. And what does good ole Thud do? He calls Mr. Coleman out on his blog and makes some off the wall, insane comment about Mr. Coleman being "controlled" by Cheif Paudert and WM Mayor William Johnson.
Thud doesn't value the freedom to disagree ESPECIALLY with him. Apparently he lacks the common sense to even read a policy manual and interpret it correctly. This is why Thud is such an idiot in a land full of idiots. He fits in here.

From what I have read in the news, seen in his interviews, and been told by some WM officers, Chief Paudert has INVITED another investigation from an outside source. He has welcomed them. The last time Chief Paudert called for an investigation (Farrow shooting) he was blasted by Thud for calling in an agency to help cover the shooting up. Now Paudert hasn't called anyone, possibly in hopes that someone, IMPARTIAL and with jurisdiction (that doesn't include a racist judge), steps in. What does Thud do? Criticizes him for not having an investigation conducted.

Crittenden County Coroner William Woolf who is also owner of Woolf Brothers Funeral Home stated to me on yesterday after the funeral of Dewayne Chatt,that the fact that Chatt's body was in rigor at the time he pronounced him dead at the Crittenden County Jail was something that he has never seen in all of his years of dealing with the dead. The time period that Crittenden County Jail officials state that Chatt was entered into the jail and the time he was found dead was a hour and a half far to soon for rigor to set up.This is just one of the things that has West Memphis City Council persons Marco McCLendon and Lorraine Robinson beliving that an outside investigation into the death of Dewayne Chatt is needed.There is also the concern from Robinson and McCLendon that the WMPD may have used excessive force after viewing both the cell phone video and the Dodge Store surveillance tape.The council persons state that the West Memphis Police Department violated policy in not calling for medical attention after Chatt was tased and peppered sprayed. They are also concerned in light of what William Woolf states if Chatt was taken directly to the Crittenden County jail or not.Another matter that the two council persons will look into Monday is the review of the dash board video and the body mics that all officers are required to wear. After the death last year of 12 year old DeAunta Farrow The city of West Memphis purchased dash cameras for all marked squad cars along with body mics so that the actions of officers can be monitored.The council members state that the entire ordeal of the fatal night that Dewayne Chatt was killed should be recorded. Officers are required to turn on their body mics in any and all events of police work,thus everything that was said by the 5 officers on the scene should be a matter of record,along with the chase from 15th street to the Dodge Store which should be recorded also.Herman Coleman also a black council person has refused as chairman of the Police Commission to call for meeting between the Chief of Police and the council to review the actions of police in the death of Dewayne Chatt, It is strongly believed that Coleman is controlled by the mayor Bill Johnson and Bob Paudert and does not want to do anything to make waves and lose their support of him. And for this reason Robinson and McClendon support the fact that on Monday the Chatt family will be doing to the FBI office in West Memphis to ask the federal agency to investigate.The Chatt family does not believe that a fair and impartial investigation can take place within the WMPD and that federal civil right violation have taken place. I have been told that it is no surprise that this Lorraine Robinson chick would support the Chatt family because of her willingness to support child rapist, sex offenders just as she did last year. I am told that she appeared as a character witness for Jerry Johnson, a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER, who was living right next to a school, obviously a violation of an Arkansas Statute. Apparently, Robinson's insanity doesn't stop there. She is reportedly the wife of the former Fire Chief who was fired from the WMFD by the current mayor. Some have said that it was because he had several sexual harassment claims brought against him by female employees as well as being one of the most incompetent fire chiefs WM has ever had. This would surely fuel her agenda.

I don't know too much about Marco McClendon, so if anyone could respond with his record of crap, I would surely exploit it. I do know that he has been seen standing in the crowds of the National Action Network against the PD in the Farrow incident. I also know that he beat out Hubert Bass for the spot he now holds on the WM City Council. I don't personally know Jerome Payne, but I do see that Thud has his picture and an ad on his blogsite. Jerome Payne is an attorney that Thud is obviously supporting. Juvenile Court violated the trust of children and their parents by allowing Hodges to remain on the job until last week.In a story I broke first, it was found that DHS was investigating Hodges for having a minor female in the custody of Juvenile Court expose her breast and fondle herself as he watched. There is also the matter where a minor child in custody for a curfew violation was contacted by Hodges after she was released to her mother. The mother states in a complaint to Juvenile Court that Hodges wanted to meet the minor child and that he told the mother pretending to be the child "You know we got to keep this on the downlow". But it's the case where Hodges was charged with Contributing to the delinquency of a minor that is about to cost Shelby County millions. This case involved a minor from California at the time by the name of Jazzmine Coleman who was in the custody of Juvenile Court. The child was a runaway that was flown back to California by the court. Henry Hodges contacted the minor child and sent her a bus ticket so that she could runaway again and return to Memphis where according to Coleman he had vaginal and oral sex with her.A $12.5 million dollar Federal lawsuit has been filed electronically today by Attorney Javier Bailey in behalf of Jazzmine Coleman and her mother Dorthy Coleman who both now reside in Silverdale Washington. Here's the basis for the lawsuit:The Defendant Henry Hodges was a long time employee of Shelby County Government. More specifically, at all relevant times pleaded herein, said Defendant was a supervisor at Shelby County Juvenile Court, in the Detention Center.As Supervisor in the Detention Center, the Defendant Hodges was responsible for overseeing the care and custody over the minor children held in said detention area. Hodges continued working with minor girls in the care and custody of Shelby County Juvenile Court.In January 2006 the subject minor child, Jazzmine Coleman, was listed as a runaway from the California Department of Children Services. She was placed in the custody of said agency after a fire was started at the home of her biological father with whom she was visiting. She was being held there until such time as she could be turned back over to the care of her mother, the Plaintiff Dorothy Coleman, who lives in the State of Washington. Herman Coleman is a West Memphis City Council Man who is also currently the chairman of the Police Commission. When the council meets today he will be asked to call a meeting of the commission to discuss the death of Dewayne Chatt and the conduct of the West Memphis police involved in the tasing and other abuse at the Dodge Store.
The commission is made up of 5 city council persons, Herman Coleman,Romona Taylor,Clarence Davis,Marco McClendon, and Phillip Carter.
The commission has the power to call the meeting which would be public so that the West Memphis Police department could explain their actions in the death of Chatt. And according to the state charter The police department can not refuse to be present.
City Councilman McClendon states that there are things that he saw in both the posted and televised videos that are disturbing to him and that he will seek to have the 5 officers involved suspended while an investigation from an outside source is done. Even though Coleman represents the ward where Chatt was abused by the police there are those who feel that he is not bold enough to call for the meeting. We'll see what happens at 1pm this afternoon

I don't know this guy, but my friends across the river tell me that he is a total douchebag running for Sheriff in Crittenden County Arkansas. Which would be the reason he is on Thud's blog site right under the Obama for President picture. He claims on Thud's blog site to be a former Federal Police Officer. Well folks, I have done some research into Mr. Bass' status with Federal Law Enforcement and can say that he is pretty much a fraud lying bastard. No wonder he keeps friends like Thaddeus. He boasts about other law enforcement roles that have yet to be confirmed. I have been informed that he is a deputy coroner in Crittenden County but rest assured that is NOT a law enforcment role. He boasts military service that cannot be confirmed either. Crittenden County residents need to hold Bass' record to the fire and see if he can fan the flames. He is a fraud people.

I am also told that he is closely tied to Memphis Attorney Javier "Hack" Bailey as well as Crittenden County Circuit Court Judge Victor Hill. As you recall, those are the two key idiots in the Farrow case over there.

It is becoming clear to me, at least, that this "movement" that Thaddeus, Judge Hill, Bailey, and Bass, as well as all their supporters, is a true bowel movement. I actually thought about moving to Arkansas to escape the Memphis crime and crap a few years ago and am glad that I remained in Shelby County for the time being. Friends of mine say that if Bass would become Sheriff, that the entire county would become a large scale Orange Mound and the Sheriff's Department and Jail would be on the same level as the 1980's New Orleans PD.

Whoever is running against this idiot should have no problem winning that election. The majority of Bass' support comes from convicted felons who obviously have had their voting rights taken away due to their convictions.

Now how would the Taser have been the culprit if Chatt died an hour and some minutes later in the jail cell AFTER the WMPD brought him in and the CCSO booked him in?
Again, another point you failed to acknowledge..Electricity hang around in the body saying "oh let's kill him hours later". If the taser was to kill him, it would have done so right then and there.

The heart can be completely severed from its arterial pathways, not pumping blood to any part of the body and life can still be supported for up to 2 minutes. There are several cases where a police officer has shot a person completely through the heart, ripping it to shreds, and the person is still able to function, resist, and fight. There are numerous cases coming back from the Middle East where military trained snipers shot an insurgent in the chest, blowing his heart out, with a .308 rifle and the subject was still able to walk a few steps and fire his weapon 3 or 4 more times before collapsing.

Javier "Hack" Bailey held a press conference today saying that he is filing a 50 million dollar lawsuit against the WMPD and the Crittenden County Dentention Facility due to the death of Dwayne Chatt. This bottom feeder lawyer is about to lose his license in Tennessee, about to lose his house due to foreclosure, and quite possibly losing his freedom due to some pending criminal probes by the Feds. He wants to get out in front of this like he did with the Farrow case and make others believe there is more to it than there actually is.
What they weren't counting on was the release of the preliminary autopsy report. Everyone knew that it would come back with some medical condition that contributed to his death.
"Severe Coronary Heart Disease in blood vessels" was what was listed as a cause of death. However the drug results are still pending. Anyone want to be that it will be FULL of narcotics, more than likely cocaine as I am told was Chatt's drug of choice.

Bailey stated that Chatt died in police custody and that "we're not going to stand for it."

Got news for you Mr. Bailey....YES THE HELL YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE ARE!

File your bullshit lawsuits and you will get owned just like you did and will with the Farrow case.

Every attorney in Memphis and Shelby County, as well as West Memphis and Crittenden County knows what kind of clown Bailey is. Its quite funny to watch Thad jump through hoops when he "thinks" he has something. Only to turn out a bitter NOTHING for the fatboy. This recent posting by the idiot only shows his ignorance stooping to new levels. Apparently he got a hold of what appears to be a polciy manual from the WMPD and can't understand it in its current form. I contacted a WM officer who told me that the sections that Thud refers to in his postings don't apply to routine patrol officers. The section on Non Deadly Special Weapons apparently refers to Pepper Gas grenades and Stun munitions also known as "flash grenades" that the SWAT team uses, and not a Taser or OC Spray that patrol and uniformed officers carry everyday.
In addition Thud goes on to say that the policy says that medical personnel are to remove the probes but what he neglected to elaborate on was that the officer(s) have discretion to remove the probes themselves. I am also told that the policy manual that Thud is referring to is an outdated policy and there is a new one currently in effect. So how do we know what policy (if any) was violated.
It will not matter to this fat bastard. He will dream up the most outrageous conspiracy and feel validated when Javier jumps on his bandwagon. We have only heard from Javier in the form of a letter, which to our surprise, didn't sound like Javier at all. No bullshit, no deceptions, just an attorney. Sounds like to me Javier is muzzled and with good reason. Sources at Federal Court indicate that Javier may not be around much longer. ACTION NEWS 5 aired a portion of surveillance tape that West Memphis Police wanted the public to see from the Dodge store in West Memphis where Dewayne Chatt was tasered several times and according to witnesses at the scene choked and pepper sprayed. Jason Miles reporting for 5 eluded to the fuzzy cell phone video that I posted along with them being aired Sunday night on FOX13, But the video shows more than what was seen by Action NEWS 5.The question is why didn't WMPD release all of the tape. There are surveillance cameras in the hall way,which would have shown what took place in the hall. Why didn't WMPD show Chatt being dragged and peppered sprayed? The answer is very simple WMPD had to respond to the video released by myself and FOX 13. The video shown by ACTION NEWS 5 gives no audio and only shows Chatt with his hands in the air backing away from a man holding a taser in his hand. Could Chatt had wanted to surrender and feared being tased by a rookie cop?Bob Paudert Chief of Police for WMPD states that he stands by his men who are still on duty even though a man is dead,and that he invites an investigation if one is warranted,which means that presently there is no investigation going on. Paudert also states that his men followed policy, but according to there policy guidelines policy was violated.Chapter 7-Section 4 of the WMPD Policy And Procedures speaks of Specialized Non-Deadly Weapons, which I think a taser would be and states that only a Special Response Team member has authorization to posses and use and can only be utilized by directions of a Commander. Samuel Malone seen in the video is neither.That same section of the policy makes reference to the tazer and states that it can be used with the approval of a supervisor. The question is did Samuel Malone get approval from a supervisor before pulling the tazer on a man who had only committed a misdemeanor by fleeing from a police officer?Chapter 7-Section 1 states that 'The carrying of the Taser will be authorized for Police Officers trained and certified by Taser instructors" So does Samuel Malone have his Taser Cerification? The policy guidelines goes on to state "if the Taser was used against a suspect MEDICAL PERSONNEL should be utilized in removing the probes from the suspect if they have penetrated the skin surface" It goes on to state that "If at the time of deployment the officer determines that the suspect should be quickly removed from the scene, he/she may either take the suspect away and have the probes removed by MEDICAL PERSONNEL or remove them himself"From the video I posted it can be clearly seen that there was no need to quickly remove Dewayne Chatt because he was barely alive and was not moving. Witnesses at the scene state that WMPD left the probes at the Dodge Store and that employees threw the probes away. But the policy states "All Taser probes retrieved from suspects will be taken and entered into evidence along with the spent cartridge. If the probes have penetrated the skin surface of a suspect the evidence will be marked as a bio-hazard and treated as such".The portion of the policy that really shows that the officers violated policy is the section dealing with IMPACT WEAPONS. The probes from the Taser impacts the body of a suspect which allows the volts to enter the body so surely the Taser has to be defined as a Impact Weapon. The policy states "Any suspect who has been struck with ANY IMPACT WEAPON will be evaluated to determine if injuries are present". The question still remains why wasn't medical personnel called to treat Chatt.ACTION NEWS 5 in there rush to out do FOX13 missed some very important questions, like where is the rest of the tape, was Samuel Malone certified to use the Taser, But most of all in looking at the store tape, WHY WHEN THE DOOR WAS OPENED DID THE OFFICERS NOT GIVE CHATT THE CHANCE TO SURRENDER BEFORE IMMEDIATELY POUNCING ON HIM? Where the officers so angry for having to wait for someone to open the office that they decided that when the door to the very small office opened that Chatt would pay dearly for making them wait? What type of department is Paudert running where basically all the murders ino West Memphis are committed by the police including officers leaving the city and chasing a person into memphis and shooting him to death. There were several department policies that were violated when Dewayne Chatt was shoot which I will post tonight including gathering up the taser pins that were shot into Chatt that were thrown away by Dodge Store employees

Now answer me this Thad....you said that Thomas Martin said that "there was a struggle when Chatt arrived" and Paudert stated that "after Dwayne Chatt arrived at the Crittenden County Jail that he again resisted arrest.", so how is it that Paudert is lying. That would either mean Thomas Martin is lying as well or that you are too damn ignorant to even write your bullshit blogs anymore. I am betting on the latter.
The video that Thud claimed to be the smoking gun (or taken from his pal's book 'a planted toy gun') didn't show ANYTHING of substance to say that police did ANYTHING wrong. It's not illegal or a violation of someone's rights when the police drag your non-cooperative butt out to the patrol car because you refuse to walk. The video does NOT show ANY of what Thud is putting out. Thud's so called witnesses have credibility in line with Thud himself. All in all, the WMPD did absolutely NOTHING wrong and no matter how much Thud puts the family on his pathetic radio show KWAK, nothing will change facts. However we can expect Thud and Javier Bailey to come forth with lies, bullshit, a negative racial spin and try ot encourage racial tension within WM. Dewayne Chatt was found dead late Thursday night in the Crittenden County jail after being tased, choked,and peppered sprayed by several West Memphis police officers. Chatt who suffered from a mental break down and who was on record with the West Memphis Police as a mental patient was standing outside the 15th Street C.O.G.I.C when rookie cop Samuel Malone rode down on him.Chatt who family members state has not been taking his medicine took out running and ran to the Dodge Store on Broadway stating to employees that the police wanted to kill him. The police report states that when Malone spotted Chatt standing outside the church he had a foreign object in his hands. The foreign object turned out to be a pair of shadesDewayne Chatt was tased inside the store by Malone,by was able to run into an office at the rear of the store and locked himself in. There have been reports that Chatt knocked the door in, in fact Chatt was charged with commercial burglary for entering the office. This report is totally wrong the door to the office is a heavy metal door, and had Chatt kicked the door in the West Memphis Police would not have had to wait 30 minutes for the store manager to arrive and let them in.Witnesses state that after the door was opened that Chatt was tased again several times and peppered sprayed. That person lives here in Memphis and I traveled with two of Chatt's sisters on Saturday to find the person so that there could be a public record of the incident. I contacted Fox 13 who shot the scenes on camera and provided the family and myself copies. Fox 13 will air a story on the video tonight on their news cast.As you view the video that can now be viewed around the world who hear the witness speaking of the way that Dewayne Chatt is being tased. You also will the witness stating that Chatt is being choked by the West Memphis police. You will hear the witness state how Chatt has lost control of his bowels, which likely from the numerous times that he was tased which forces a person to lose control of one's muscles.On the video you hear after he has been tased numerous times, choked, and peppered sprayed a officer telling Chatt to "Come on get on up" several times. You hear him choking,and you see him being drugged by police officers. But what you really see is the need for medical attention of which he does not get. You see that he is unable to walk on his on and is being held up by police as that take him to a squad car. The family also says that Chatt was once shot and still has a bullet in his neck that at times would swell up pressing against a nerve in his neck.It is no doubt that Dewayne Chatt is dead due to his treatment by West Memphis Police. Chatt had committed no crime where police would have a reason to confront him. If the crime is loitering should this man be dead just for standing in front of a church?Should police have chased him just for loitering? Since West Memphis police knew his history the family states that they have papers on file with the department, why wasn't some one trained in mental illness brought to the scene? And most of all why was no ambulance called and why did Crittenden County jail allow him in in his condition? Did the continuous volts hitting his body kill the man who family member states suffers from hypertension?The family states that for several weeks now Dewayne Chatt has been standing outside various churches in West Memphis praisng God,and had recently told his mother that he was save. The Shelby County Deputy who stopped (or in Thud's words "profiled") Amp Elmore. Sources say that the in car camera showed everything the Deputy did was legit and legal and that Amp Elmore was lying hand over hand.

Memphis PD Officer Andre Muhammad, who went to West Memphis and stood side by side with Al Sharpton and Javier Bailey and protested and second guessed the actions of Erik Sammis by shooting and killing DeAunta Farrow for pointing a gun at him. Toy gun and tragic, but a justified shooting none-the less. Then this role model officer who proclaims to be a use of force expert, goes and shoots an unarmed 17 year old for attempting to catch his cell phone that he dropped.
Sources tell us that Andre may be very good friends with not only Javier Bailey but good ole Thud himself, which would explain how Thud dropped this very story and refused to pursue it any more.

Of course you don't have to look very far into this case to find Javier Bailey standing close to shoot off his mouth. Another worthless venture by these two assclowns.

WMPD and Dwayne Chatt

The West Memphis Police recently bragged that after the killing of 12 year old DeAunta Farrow that they were back in the streets of West Memphis in full force fighting crime. Some citizens have complained that the police saturation's have only taken place in Black neighborhoods and that some officers were abusing their power.So is the case of 39 year old Dewayne Chatt who on last night was standing in front a church on 15th Street when police rode up on him. Chatt who family members say has a history of mental illness ran to the nearby Dodge Store on Broad Ave, where several officers followed him to the manager's office. Witnesses state that Chatt was beaten and tased at least 5 times by the officers. Chatt was also peppered sprayed as well.Instead of taking Chatt to a hospital he was taken to the Crittenden County Jail a little after 1 AM and was found dead about a hour later. It's also stated that when Chatt was brought to the jail that he was carried in, prehaps even dead at that point. The family met on Thursday afternoon with Attorney Javier Bailey who is preparing a lawsuit on behalf of the family.

This brilliant masterpiece is the latest in a long line of Thaddeus Matthews' propensity for bullshit. Watch this story fizzle out when everyone realizes how little merit it has. From our sources, Dwayne Chatt was a known mental case with a long history of drug abuse and arrests. He loved running from, hiding from, and fighting with the police.

Hmm...someone with such a medical condition as the family says he had, should really be running from and fighting the police after those crack cocaine binges huh?

Stacks, Miss Daisy, and Hoochie

Mrs. Daisy Miller is a 70 year old business woman who has owned and operated The Orange Mound Grill for 50 years. Miss Daisy as she is known in "The Mound" has always been a law abiding citizen who has never had any problem with the law until Thursday afternoon.On Thursday her 18 year old granddaughter Hope Miller was making a stop for her grandmother at Speedy's store on Park. Hope states that when she pulled onto the lot at the store with one of her girl friends she cut her car off and got out to go into the store. Hope states that at this time Memphis Police officer Vance Stacks told her to "Come here". Hope states that since this was not the first time that this officer had approached her she replied "What do you want now?" the office replies"Get in the car" at this point Hope ask the officer " Why?" Stacks tells her she is under arrest for playing her music to loud in her car and places handcuffs on her and places her in the back seat of the car.Before we go forward with the rest of the details from Thursday, lets look at the history between Hope and officer Vance Stacks. Hope states that two months ago at the very same store as she entered the small grocery store Stacks grabbed her arm and told her "I ought to arrest you for being so sexy" Hope says that she snapped and told the officer to get his hands off her and that she was not some hoochie mama that he could disrespect. She goes on to state that Stacks told her "Who the fuck do you think you're talking to?" Hope states that she just walked off but has been harassed every time since that she runs into him.Back to Thursday, After Hope was placed in the back seat of the squad car she told her friend to call her grandmother to come and get her car. Miss Daisy gets the call at the grill which is about 3 blocks away from the store and becomes upset at hearing that her grand daughter has been arrested. Daisy tells her son James Miller to take her up to the store. James says that he told his mother that there is no way that Hope is being arrested for just playing loud music, but Miss Daisy insisted that they go.When James and his mother arrived at the scene true enough Hope was in handcuffs on the back seat of the squad car. James admits that at this point he does become disorderly because he wants to know why his niece who has never been in trouble and makes good grades at Whitehaven High School is being arrested. Stacks according to James tells him that he to is under arrest, James says that he resisted by not giving him his arm to be placed in handcuffs, which makes Stacks call for back up. Hearing Police Cars coming from every direction and figuring that he was in store for a beat down he allows the Stacks to handcuff him and place him in the car next to his niece.James states that there are now at least 15 cars on the scene as he and Hope sat on the back seat of the squad car. During this hold time Miss Daisy has not said a word. Hope calls for her grandmother to come over to the car to get her car keys because she didn't want to go to jail and leave her car parked at Park and Grand. Witnesses along with James and Hope state that when the elderly woman approached the car Stacks grabbed her by the back of her shirt,picked her up from the ground and threw her into the back seat of another squad car where she sustained a sprained shoulder according to Methodist Lebonheur Healthcare.Even though James and Hope were placed in handcuffs they were given Misdemeanor Citations and released but will have to turn themselves in on May22, 2008 and go to court on May 29,2008. Miss Daisy also received a citation.According to police sources Vance Stacks has a history of over policing, and being overy aggressive. The sources also state that Stacks was moved from another area because of community complaints, and that presently there are numerous complaints on file against him. I was called by a family member of Miss Daisy and met with her and James,also with Hope at the Orange Mound Grill. While there I contacted their City Council person Wanda Halbert who assured me that she would be in contact with Police Director Larry Godwin. Speaking with Halbert this morning she states that she has left him a message and has sent him an email.It appears that Vance Stacks actions against Hope Miller was not based on a car playing loud music, but his being rejected by her. It seems that Stacks had planned to use his position and his badge as a form of sexual intimidation but had no idea that her family would be coming to the scene. His throwing Miss Daisy onto the back seat of a squad car where she received injury was force that was excessive. The family has hired an attorney and plans to file a lawsuit against the city and the officer. The family also will be filing a formal complaint on Monday morning with Internal Affairs.

Now we all know that Thud claims he has "sources" inside MPD. Well, we have sources as well and can say that NOBODY has entered or filed a complaint in this matter against any of the officers who were there that day. Vance Stacks is still on the job and regardless of Thud's bullshit, will REMAIN THERE. On Thursday afternoon 58 year old Jeanette Bowen was knocked to the floor while holding a 12 month child and then kicked in the face by members of the Shelby County Narcotics Squad,Who stated that they were looking for her son Terry Bowen on a Federal warrant. Which in checking both state and Federal sources there is no warrant for Terry Bowen at all.Mrs. Bowen states that when five officers lead by Officer Jason Bartlett arrived at her door she went to see what the officers wanted, She was told that they were looking for Terry on a federal warrant. When she told them that her son was not present at her home in Frayser and asked for a search warrant as they attempted to enter her home, the officers forced their way into her home telling her that they didn't need a fucking search warrant because they were the policeMrs Bowen was holding her 12 month old grandchild as another grandchild whose 8 looked on when one of the officers who she says had a bald head pushed her knocking her to the floor with the baby hitting it's head. She also states that at the point she hit the floor the officer kicked her in the face, and then began their search.Terry Bowen has been harassed by law enforcement since he went public on my radio show, stating that when Timothy Jones was killed on December 13,2007 by OCU officer Frank Hannah that there was no way they shot the person that they say they were running after some 6 blocks away on Claybrook.Bowen states that 15 prior to being stopped himself on Claybrook that he had dropped Jones off at the Saint's Courts apartments on Watkins. Bowen also heard the shots that officers heard, but the shots were fired from the opposite direction. The police stated that Jones ran out of a side door of Claybrook. But as I have shown on this site the doors were nailed shut from the inside which means that Jones could not have ran out the house that had no electricity at 10:00 on a winter night with no shirt on.Timothy Jones was found some 30-40 feet from where Hannah states that he shot him, under a police SUV. In viewing the body it was apparent that Jones had tire marks on his body which means that not only was Jones shot but ran over as well. I have a copy of Jones autopsy report that shows that Jones was shot in the back and also has a entry wound in the back of his neck both coming from a downward angle.Again I must state that Terry Bowen has no warrants at all and that Jason Bartlett is grinding a personal axe in behalf of Frank Hannah. In fact it was Bartlett who several weeks ago ran up into Terry Bowen's home on Claybrook without a search warrant and says that they found a gram of cocaine. When this event happened I was on the phone with Bowen and heard them enter the house. I also heard them tell him "hang up the phone who you talking to, Thaddeus Matthews?" Terry Bowen spent 17 days in jail on a excessive bond of $150,000 for a gram of cocaine.I spoke with Sheriff Mark Luttrell after that event and spoke with him tonight concerning Bowen, but all he says is that he will have Internal Affairs investigate. Luttrell needs to suspend Bartlett and the other officers involved and start a real investigation. There is no reason for Mrs. Bowen to be attacked and knocked to the ground by these officers.With no warrants on him why are law enforcement officers trying to intimidate Terry Bowen? If Bowen would have had fed Charges why would the Sheriff's departments be doing the job of U.S. Marshall's? Bartlett was aware that Bowen just got out of jail and that he was in court on yesterday,which means had Bowen had any charges pending he would not have been released.Jeanette Bowen has plans to file a multimillion dollar lawsuit against the Shelby County Sheriff's Department and against the officers personally. This act of violence will not go without notice and all the notice that will be given is not just from Luttrell's office. With Shelby County Sheriff's officers like Jason Bartlett and Chris Jones can any of us feel save? Is the actions of Jason Bartlett to silence Terry Bowen because The Memphis Police department is covering up what really happen in the shooting death of Timothy Jones? Is there a corrupt group of rouge cops on both the Sheriff's Department and the MPD working together to prey on those that they feel or weak?Mrs. Bowen and family will be my guest today at 4pm on "Express Yourself" on AM 990 KWAM

Now since this very incident and Thud's bullshit rambling, our sources have told us that AGAIN, NOBODY has filed a complaint against ANYONE associated with this incident. Something that Thud SWORE they were going to do.

We have also learned that contrary to Thud's posting, the officer he claims to have committed this act, Jason Bartlett, wasn't even present. WOW, good job on your journalistic investigative skills Turdeus. Keep the faith bro. Maybe someday you can move onto 4th grade.

Now since Thud has been made to look like a complete jackass that we all know him to be, he has censored most every post that I attempted to make, and has yet to offer a response regarding his f**k up. What a man. But what could we expect from someone who is the worst father figure in Memphis.

Ofc. Bartlett, if you are reading this, for what it's worth, NOBODY believes Thud and you should descend upon his fatbody and demand an apology or administer some serious "interviewing skills".

Willie Wilbert Herenton in his proposal to the City council concerning a 58 cent increase in property taxes stated "Times have changed and citizens are going to have to get use to higher taxes and reduced services." But why do the citizens have to get use to this strong arm tactic to force consolidation down the throats of the citizens of Shelby County?It is my belief that the mayor's plan along with the plan of County Mayor A.C.Wharton to also increase property taxes is an idea conceived to make living in the city under two forms of government so high that the citizens will cry out for consolidation. I also believe that since the mayors know that the hardest issue in the concept of consolidation is the two school systems that this is the reason that Herenton wants to return to Memphis City Schools.As the leader of Memphis City Schools I believe that Herenton would push for the system to give up it's charter forcing the consolidation of schools. If Memphis City Schools were give up it's charter which has to be approved by the school board the county would have no choice but to take over the system. What the mayor has not told the citizens of Memphis is the fact that under state law the consolidation of the systems would cost taxpayers millions, because the law states that the smaller system (County Schools) would have to be brought up to the level of the larger system(MCS). which means that all salaries and benefits along with resources would have to be the same among the two systems which would cost millions.The Memphis City Council has the last word, but their words should not be their own but the words of the citizens of Memphis. The council should not vote their consciences but the thoughts and concerns of those who placed them in office. maybe the council needs to tell this community why the city is not operating with the funds that come into it's coffers. maybe the council should ask the mayor why hasn't he reduced the number of appointees seeing that he's way over the quota allowed by the charter.Maybe the council should reduce the number of grants given out each year. The council has no power over directors who were appointed by Herenton, but they do have a say so over deputy directors. maybe it's time for directors to do their jobs and get rid of deputies and do the job that they are appointed to do.THE MAYOR WANTS TO TAX THE CITIZENS OF MEMPHIS AND GIVE JOBS TO THOSE WHO WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY TAXES. HOW MUCH SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?

Last year the woman at the forefront of the attempted extortion of Willie Herenton by "The Sinful Three" to keep him from running for re-election Gwendolyn Smith, took a polygraph test performed by the TBI and passed it with flying colors.
According to her attorney Javier Bailey Smith was asked about her role and the role of Richard Fields,Russell Gwatney,and Nick Clark and everything that she has said happened appears according to the test to be true including her intimate relationship with her then attorney Richard Fields.
If Gwendolyn Smith is telling the truth that means that 'The Sinful Three" must be lieing about there roles in trying to set Herenton up with dancers and strippers so that he could be caught and photographed in lewd acts so that this group of conspirators could extort him into not running for re-election.
District Attorney General Bill Gibbons has allowed Fields who is his friend to get away with a crime in the past so I wonder will he allow it again. Not only did Gibbons not prosecute Fields for having sex with a 16 year old he allowed Fields son Morgan to get away with sexually molesting his own then 2 year old daughter even though doctors and the mother backed up the child's claim.
Many in this community believe that Gibbons is selective in his prosecution,and even though a special prosecutor has investigated this case Gibbons remains the ultimate authority in whether or not charges are filed. Will Gibbons turn his back to the fact that Nick Clark confessed to giving Fields $6,000 to pay Smith? Will he turn his back to the fact That Clark allowed a meeting at his home with Smith, Fields, and a FBI agent to discuss the set up?
If the TBI polygraph proves that Gwen Smith has been telling the truth and we have the confession by Nick Clark,and Richard Fields acting as the "Bag Man, how long do we have to wait before charges are filed?
SIDENOTE: According to Javier Bailey Gwen Smith will be filing a lawsuit against Richard Fields for defamation and malpratice.
