Oh Henry!

Although I can agree, in part, with Thud on certain aspects of this, I think in all fairness, we need to see WHAT charges are warranted, if any, or if this is another one of Thud's misleading theories. I tend to think that this another Thud/"Hack" Bailey theory that is going to end up a disaster in more ways than one.

IF charges are filed against Henry Hodges and the complaint is valid, the it is going to wind up a disaster for ANYONE who has aligned themselves with the services of "Hack" Bailey. They might have had a chance at a judgement or settlement, but with "Hack" at the helm, that chance is pretty much nill.

Amazing how the family didn't care about the victim in this case until AFTER Bailey/Thud's involvement. How do you think that conversation went?

Now normally, I would take the exact opposite side of ANYTHING that Thud or "Hack" was on just because, well....it's Thud and "Hack". They have a proven track record of bullshit, so one would have to make an intelligent decision to align with the other side. I cannot do that with the possibility that he is indeed responsible for the alleged acts. I would be no better than Thud taking up for killers, thieves, rapists, dope heads, or other undesireables.

Henry Hodges a former employee of Juvenile Court who after an DHS investigation was fired for having a minor child expose her breast and fondle herself is appealing his firing according to Juvenile Court sources. But who in their right mind would even dare allow this pervert back around children in the custody of the court. Well perhaps the same managers and supervisors that allowed him to stay around children even though a 2004 a memo stated that he should not be around female minors in the custody of the court.While Hodges whose a member of Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C and sits on the board of a youth committee while his wife Karen Hodges serves as an evangelist is praying and appealing to get his job back let me drop some more news on him. The U.S. Justice Department has been asked to do a full scale investigation into how many other minor girls were sexually mishandled while under the watch of Hodges while in custody at Juvenile CourtSources state that the Justice Department even prior to being asked by Attorney Javier Bailey whose suing Shelby County and the court on behalf of Jazzmine Coleman who was assisted in a runaway by Hodges and then forced by him to perform vaginal and oral sex, had made plans after hearing of this case to investigate the court.Bailey has sent letters to District Attorney Bill Gibbons asking him to look into the matter along with letters to State Legislators who provide a portion of funding to the court. It is Baily belief that Juvenile Court has provided a private harem for Hodges and perhaps others. Bailey will be seeking to bring criminal charges against Hodges and to seek the termination of the managers and supervisors who knew as early as 2004 of the acts of perversion that Hodges was capable of. Bailey will also be asking for a list of every every minor female that has been in the courts custody since 2004 to see if any other minor was approached by Hodges,Jazzmine Coleman who now lives with her mother outside of Seattle Washington is sueing The Court, Shelby County Government,and Henry Hodges for $12.5 million for the actions of Hodges while in the custody of Juvenile Court, who had the legal responsibility to provide a safe and secure atmosphere.On March 16, 2006 the Henry Hodges utilized his access to the records and files contained at Juvenile Court and makes contact with the subject minor child Jazzmine Coleman. He then sent her a bus ticket to run-away from the custody of California Children’s Services and return to Memphis. Upon returning to Memphis, Hodges met with Jazzmine Coleman and told her that his favoritism towards her had a price. He then threatened to send her back to California if she did not have sex with him. He smoked marijuana and drank alcohol with said minor child and demanded both oral and vaginal sex.The minor child submitted to his demands. He then gave her money to spend.Subsequently, Hodges harbored the runaway and engaged in oral and vaginal sex with the young girl several times. He threatened to send her back if she did not submit to his demands.In late March of 2006, Jazzmine Coleman was sent back to California, but eventually returned to her mother, the Plaintiff, in the State of Washington. At some point law enforcement was notified of the fact that the Hodges facilitated the subject child’s return to Memphis.Hodges was charged with the misdemeanor of Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor. Shelby County Government suspended the Hodges for 15 days but did not remove him from working with young girls, and failed to warn any of the other young girls of the possible peril in being associated with Hodges.Notwithstanding the suspension and the criminal charges, Hodges maded contact with the subject minor child again in Memphis, and from June 2007 through November 2007 he engaged in sexual intercourse with the child several timesIn November 2007, Hodges picked the child up in his vehicle and parked in a secluded spot, where he performed oral sex upon the child in the car. Hodges was not removed from the employment of Shelby County Government until April 2008, after allegations surfaced that he had been involved with other young girls.Another factor that will be investigated hopefully by the Justice Department is the fact that now Juvenile Court judge Curtis Person in 2006 was the Chief Legal Counsel for Juvenile Court and a candidate for judge. How is it possible that the CLC did not know about Hodges and the charges filed against him, Did Person avoid dealing with this issue because he was running for office? Did Person think that if this matter went public that he would face defeat, so the matter was swept under the rug to avoid embarrassment.,,,WELL ,THE BEST IS YET TO COME

Is this another promise from Thud that won't be delivered? (IE: Frank Hannah going to jail, Erik Sammis going to jail, Al Sharpton guest on my show on KWAK, Miss Daisy filing lawsuit and IA complaint, Jason Bartlett getting suspended and/or fired. etc.)
