Thud is on a witch hunt yet again. A witch hunt where lines are drawn and if you aren't specifically on Thud's side, you are the topic of his racist rants and scorn. Herman Coleman is a black West Memphis City Council member who sided with Thud and the other black city council members over the Deaunta Farrow shooting. We all know how that turned out for them. Now that Herman Coleman is the presiding Police Chairman on the WM City Council, he decides NOT to call a Police Commission meeting in favor of allowing an investigation to be fairly conducted into the Chatt incident. And what does good ole Thud do? He calls Mr. Coleman out on his blog and makes some off the wall, insane comment about Mr. Coleman being "controlled" by Cheif Paudert and WM Mayor William Johnson.
Thud doesn't value the freedom to disagree ESPECIALLY with him. Apparently he lacks the common sense to even read a policy manual and interpret it correctly. This is why Thud is such an idiot in a land full of idiots. He fits in here.
From what I have read in the news, seen in his interviews, and been told by some WM officers, Chief Paudert has INVITED another investigation from an outside source. He has welcomed them. The last time Chief Paudert called for an investigation (Farrow shooting) he was blasted by Thud for calling in an agency to help cover the shooting up. Now Paudert hasn't called anyone, possibly in hopes that someone, IMPARTIAL and with jurisdiction (that doesn't include a racist judge), steps in. What does Thud do? Criticizes him for not having an investigation conducted.
So what is it Thud? You talk in circles and contradict yourself so much it is hard to comprehend. This is the mouthpiece for the Operation Help and National Action Network. You can't have it both ways and it is obvious that ANYTHING you are given is not good enough for you.

Crittenden County Coroner William Woolf who is also owner of Woolf Brothers Funeral Home stated to me on yesterday after the funeral of Dewayne Chatt,that the fact that Chatt's body was in rigor at the time he pronounced him dead at the Crittenden County Jail was something that he has never seen in all of his years of dealing with the dead. The time period that Crittenden County Jail officials state that Chatt was entered into the jail and the time he was found dead was a hour and a half far to soon for rigor to set up.This is just one of the things that has West Memphis City Council persons Marco McCLendon and Lorraine Robinson beliving that an outside investigation into the death of Dewayne Chatt is needed.There is also the concern from Robinson and McCLendon that the WMPD may have used excessive force after viewing both the cell phone video and the Dodge Store surveillance tape.The council persons state that the West Memphis Police Department violated policy in not calling for medical attention after Chatt was tased and peppered sprayed. They are also concerned in light of what William Woolf states if Chatt was taken directly to the Crittenden County jail or not.Another matter that the two council persons will look into Monday is the review of the dash board video and the body mics that all officers are required to wear. After the death last year of 12 year old DeAunta Farrow The city of West Memphis purchased dash cameras for all marked squad cars along with body mics so that the actions of officers can be monitored.The council members state that the entire ordeal of the fatal night that Dewayne Chatt was killed should be recorded. Officers are required to turn on their body mics in any and all events of police work,thus everything that was said by the 5 officers on the scene should be a matter of record,along with the chase from 15th street to the Dodge Store which should be recorded also.Herman Coleman also a black council person has refused as chairman of the Police Commission to call for meeting between the Chief of Police and the council to review the actions of police in the death of Dewayne Chatt, It is strongly believed that Coleman is controlled by the mayor Bill Johnson and Bob Paudert and does not want to do anything to make waves and lose their support of him. And for this reason Robinson and McClendon support the fact that on Monday the Chatt family will be doing to the FBI office in West Memphis to ask the federal agency to investigate.The Chatt family does not believe that a fair and impartial investigation can take place within the WMPD and that federal civil right violation have taken place. In fact Bob Paudert in speaking of why medical attention was not call for Chatt has stated that Chatt didn't ask for it. But in the review of the cell phone video it can be plainly seen that the man was in no condition to call anyone.

I have been told that it is no surprise that this Lorraine Robinson chick would support the Chatt family because of her willingness to support child rapist, sex offenders just as she did last year. I am told that she appeared as a character witness for Jerry Johnson, a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER, who was living right next to a school, obviously a violation of an Arkansas Statute. Apparently, Robinson's insanity doesn't stop there. She is reportedly the wife of the former Fire Chief who was fired from the WMFD by the current mayor. Some have said that it was because he had several sexual harassment claims brought against him by female employees as well as being one of the most incompetent fire chiefs WM has ever had. This would surely fuel her agenda.
I don't know too much about Marco McClendon, so if anyone could respond with his record of crap, I would surely exploit it. I do know that he has been seen standing in the crowds of the National Action Network against the PD in the Farrow incident. I also know that he beat out Hubert Bass for the spot he now holds on the WM City Council. As I stated in a previous post, WM must have it rough if the lesser of two evils is this guy OVER Hubert Bass. And now Bass is running for Sheriff....DAMN!
Thud's propensity for supporting thugs, criminals, low-lifes, liers, rapists, murderers, scumbag politicians, and slug attorneys will NEVER go away. He is as radical as the KKK and will not be satisfied until authority is overturned with him at the helm.

The policy manual that you have and printed is an old and outdated policy manual. You need to check the NEW one before you say that it says they are REQUIRED to give him medical attention to remove the probes before taking him to jail. I am willing to bet that when you do read the new one, you will see how foolish you look.

Marco McClendon is the very same city council member who tried to get his brother to lie to investigators about the Farrow shooting incident. His brother was the first police officer on the scene and gave a statement to investigators that there was indeed a toy gun underneath Farrow and that it looked real. Then Marco called him the next day while he was at work and tried to get him to lie to investigators and say that there wasn't a gun and that there was a bag of chips and a coke at the scene in Farrow's hands.

I was sent some information a few minutes ago that included that Marco McClendon story, but the info I have, shows that his brother actually works for the WM Fire Department and was the first EMT on the scene and NOT a police officer.
Can someone confirm or verify this information?
I have been told that Mr. McClendon is the Crittenden County head man for Al Sharpton's National Action Network. If this is true, then why not have one of the Manson Family as a council member? That's about as crazy as this guy. HOPEFULLY, the mayor of that city WILL NOT ALLOW McClendon to have or hold a seat on a police commission. First off, Thad's comments about Chatt having rigor when the coronor arrived is utter nonsense. He is trying to get everyone to believe that Chatt was taken somewhere else after he was taken into custody and PRIOR to being booked into the CCSO Jail.
Well, I have to say that the dispatch logs that are recorded and time stamped will show the time the pursuit started, the time they declared Chatt in custody, and the time he was being taken to the CCSO Jail. That trip should take no longer than 8 minutes from ANYWHERE in the city of West Memphis UNLESS the units are caught by a train crossing. This would not be the case that night.
Then you cooberate those times, with the jail times of when Chatt was logged into a holding cell with that of the time he was checked on by jail staff, and you will see without a doubt that Thaddeus is full of shit. And if those dumbasses, Robinson and McClendon, are buying into it, they are every bit as ignorant as Thaddeus.
As far as the medical attention is concerned, the call for medical attention is a judgement call on the part of the officers/supervisors on the scene in relation to the condition of the suspect. That video shows that Chatt was conscious, sitting up at one time, and then flat out REFUSING to walk on his own power, thus forcing the officers to have to drag him out of the store. So what? If he was of able mind and conscious to passively resist by refusing to walk, then he is fine and medical attention wasn't needed nor was it going to do any good.
Now onto the booking in at the jail.
Once a prisoner has been transported to the jail, and the jail staff have signed him/her into the jail, the welfare of that prisoner becomes the liability of the CRITTENDEN COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY. Just like with ANY OTHER PRISONER.
Hypothetical situation for you.
If WMPD brings in a prisoner that they sprayed or Tasered after a fight, and that prisoner falls over DEAD 3 days later while still in jail, is the WMPD responsibile? ABSOLUTELY NOT. There is sufficient Federal and State Case laws both in Civil and Criminal courts that agree.
This is no exception. The only claim that one might raise is why didn't the jail staff notice the condition earlier or why wasn't he being monitored more closely.
Bottom line is that the WMPD brought him into the jail, and the CCSO accepted him. That means that THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIM.
If Chatt had ANY visible marks, scrapes, or bruises, it would have been documented by Jail Staff. He didn't therefore the report doesn't show any.
If Chatt displayed ANY signs of a medical condition, pre-existing or not, or any condition that required immediate medical attention, the Jail would not have accepted him, and the WMPD would have had to take him to the hospital or call for an ambulance. THEN THEY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE, NOT AFTER THE JAIL HAD ALREADY ACCEPTED HIM. Not to mention he was found an hour and a half later.
